I waited 40 minutes for my food to come out. Half of it is cold and not fresh. My carhop was very unmistakably high and didn't... even know my total. Argued with me about my total when I was reading it off the receipt and they tried to keep $5 from me. Theyforgot 1 of my 2 drinks and made me taste the 1 drink they remembered to give me and tell them which one they needed to make.The drinks were 2 completely different sizes but they had no idea which on they gave me. As we were cleaning out our vehicle to make room to put the cups we ordered the trash was full we noticed the lady in the drive... thru talking mess to the customer about us so when we approached the window we asked to speak to manager she said she didn?t doanything but pick up our trash rudely. I'll start by saying the people that brought my food to me have always been great and made sure I have everything. There's a... bombshell with tattoos that I always kind of hope brings me my food but the rest are great to. That being said, I never feelgreat after I eat it. Usually wake up the next day and need to throw up. Not everytime but alot of times. Half the stalls areout of order and the screens don't work on the rest lol... but that's not so much their fault as it is the property manager orfranchisee. Would not order ahead here, this is what you get. A melted, flat, and warm float. Spoke to 2 supposed managers, one who... delivered me that disgusting float (Chantel per the display screen) and saw no problem with not making the drinks fresh becausethey might get too busy. I didn't trust them to make another one based on their response to, "You think this should be servedlike this?" Both stating they don't know what the app means by they won't make your order until you check in because that's nothow things work at this restaurant. Yes, I would like to escalate. I just ordered a sonic blast but the worker Sarah busted a hole in the bottom of the cup so she was walking all around thru the... kitchen with the ice cream hanging from the bottom if the cup so she finally came bck and got another cup to get the ice creamout if the busted one. She reached for another cup but she dropped it on the floor and picked it up and started putting the icecream in it so I honked my horn and asked her to just make a fresh one. She rolled her eyes and went to the manager and hethought that I wasnt watching him but he put the same ice cream frim the cup that she dropped on the floor and gave it to me soby that time I was pisssd then she comes back to the window being smart!
