Typical Casey's in Dale Indiana. Ordered a sub and garlic parm. wings on the app. Arrived to bring told they didn't have any... bread to make the sub. NO BREAD AT ALL!! Opened the wings when we got home, plain burnt wings, no sauce at all. This particularlocation is sad. Read more

Another Casey?s that can?t have fresh food ready. Unfortunately I?m out of options in these towns to eat on the road delivering.... It was 12:30 and they still only had breakfast pizza and breakfast sandwiches out. They looked like they had been there since 9... that morning. Absolutely disgusting. Update 8/16/21. I just visited the Casey's in Dale, Indiana. As a store manager for Casey's, I was totally embarrassed to be at that store, I... was so glad not to be known. There were more than 50 outs on their shelves, nothing flex like we are supposed to be doing ifthere are outs. Several outs in the cooler also. Both cooks were outside smoking. When they came in neither washed their hands.There was still food in the warmer from breakfast, none of which was time stamped. Their pizza was in the sandwich warmer. Theirtruck had delivered and left, all of their frozen items were still out, and no one was attempting to put any of it away. Thestore manager was there and seen that there was a line of guests around to the cooler and did not open the 2nd register to help.There was 5 people working, someone could have helped. The boy running the register was nice and did ask every guest if they hadrewards. The womens bathroom was disgusting, there was urine in front of the toilet on the floor and walls looked like they hadnever been cleaned. Their open air cooler was completely empty as well. I was driving through dale during a weekend and found a very serious issue on my car when I filled up the gas. Olivia is so... friendly and generous! Ordered pepperoni pizza through the app. Clicked on build your own and just added pepperoni. Paid through the app and went in... store to pickup. The pizza had crust and pepperoni Only! No cheese or sauce. Worker said that?s how it was ordered in rudemanner when asked for remake of pizza and shown dry crust with pepperoni loosely falling off because it didn?t even stick tocrust with no sauce or cheese. Worker refused to make it right because apparently when I ordered it, it did say no sauce, nocheese. I had no idea, but like I explained to employee, this was a mistake because I didn?t realize it was ordered that way.Told him I clicked on make your own and just added pepperoni, didn?t choose to take off the essentials of cheese and sauce anddidn?t realize it was somehow ordered that way. Advised it isn?t normal for someone to order pizza without cheese or sauce, sosuggested that if an order came through like that then I would suggest calling the customer to confirm next time so that someoneelse doesn?t get charged for an inedible pizza. It was not eaten and simply a waste of money. Would expect a company such asCasey?s to correct it once it was explained that it was obviously a mistake. However, instead I was spoken to rudely and advisedI could pay for another pizza or leave with the inedible one I was provided with. I left without ordering another one. Terriblecustomer service. ?? Dirtiest gas station I have ever been in. Employees looked dirty. All surfaces looked greasy. Even the card reader at the... checkout was greasy looking. Some disinfectant is very much needed. Never seen a Casey's dirty like that. Read more
