Depending on what time of day you go through (open through 4) the food might be some of the best Wendy's you'll ever eat. Being... near the interstate they are quick, friendly and fresh. It's when the closing shift comes in that the quality and service drops significantly (7pm through close to be specific) the food takes forever to get to you, they take their time between orders(average of 5+ minutes of silence between you, pulling up/asking to order and then getting to order) and it to me over 30minutes of being 3rd in line to order to paying and I still had to wait for food. The night shift will literally try to wait outthe clock till closing if you pull up past 9:30 pm then they will purposely mess up your order just to say "we're sorry we'reclosed". I watched an employee come out the side door by the menu to smoke a cigarette while we were in line and was just meanmugging everyone. Read more

They were out of everything but meat and cheese, it was constant chaos of young ladies running around confused about everything... and one poor young man trying to keep everything straight. As we sat down to eat in a sub zero dining room all we could hear wasbickering from behind the counter. We ate fast and got out!!! Read more

Terrible from the second we walked in the door. Waited at thw register for over 5 mins before we were waited on while workers... walked by. Shift manager got smart with an older employee when she said someone is at the counter. No napkins in the lobby,tables were sticky, and watched a man walk in to order. The shift manager started to take his order and in the middle of the guyordering the manager answered the telephone and stepped back from the register to have a full on conversation. I worked in therestaurant business for years when i was younger and the telephone is the last thing to worry about when a paying customer is infront of you. Thats where your paycheck comes from. NOT THE PHONE. The mens restroom had a roll of toilet paper laying on thefloor, not in the dispenser, with pee all over the floor and the roll. I mean come on Wendy's. Management definitely needs tocrack down on this place, it could be so much better, and should be. I will hit the Wendys in Ferdinand before i ever walk backinto this place again. Read more

I went in to order a frosty. There were at least three cars in drive thru and a customer inside waiting for his order. At least... 4 workers were on their phones including the person who appeared to be the manager. She didn't see me at first, and even aftershe said sorry, she kept on being distracted by playing solitaire right in front of me as she took my order. This place definitely was not used to having more than 1 customer at a time. The drive thru customers for some reason seemed... more important to take care of than the patrons inside. Two and three cars would be served to one inside customer yet threecustomers in a row had big mistakes made with their orders but the only worker that would take the complaints kept making thecomment, "well, I'm not in management yet, so I don't know what you want me to do to fix it." The customers litterally wouldhave to tell him how to make the order right! ???? But it was clean! Probably because the locals know not to stop there eat! Read more

Dale, Indiana, Dining room doors locked at 10:22 am with customers seated. Drive thru open but wait time is over 25 min. No... answer on the phone. Incompetent management and staff that do not have customer interest or quality service in mind. Day shiftSelects their customer by vehicle as I was just told. If I had a RV or camper I would be granted entry. Understaffed and rudemanagement. Poor. Read more

Usually stop here after holiday world. Glad you can finally go back inside. Had a nice young boy as cashier. Didn't catch name.... The lobby could of been touched up. They said they was out of lg lids. That was no t great. The restroom was out of toiletpaper. But seriously you couldn't borrow lids from wendy's down the road. Read more

They have been under staffed like soo many places but they are always extremely friendly and work fast. I have only had a few... mishaps and go there alot. Fresh food and friendly service. What more could you ask for in fast food. Read more
