This store needs professional training in its employment of how Customer Service Etiquettes should be performed! Horrible!
If I could give a 0 STAR rating I would. I was feeling sick and sent my grand daughter in for Alka Seltzer. We speak clear... English and the workers are Foreigners! They sent her out with a darn BLUNT ROLL. I was needless to say BOILING WITH ANGER! The manager and workers had NERVE to laugh as I expressed my anger! They will never receive another cent from me! What's the point of being an operating gas station if you can't provide friendly customer service to your customer! Went into... use the bathroom one time and had no problem. Next time I stopped in to use the bathroom (mind y'all, I always come here topurchase to go snacks) the man with the beard refused to let me into the bathroom. How awful! This 7 eleven is right next to aschool too, so if a kid had to use the bathroom you wouldn't either?! Weird service for paying customers. Wawa, sheets, allthese other gas stations can offer bathrooms, your 7 eleven can't? Never coming here again. Read more
I have the same opinion of the owner/manager as other posters. Sadly he is very unfriendly and sometimes downright rude. A... customer remarked to me that the store is very busy. Amazing. I will return to my old 7-11 on Cloverdale. They are friendly andwelcoming. Read more
The older man there is terrible. He doesn?t acknowledge your presence, period. I just moved here a few weeks ago, right down the... street, and he has the worst attitude. I come there everyday and he won?t even look, speak, or anything. He acts like I kickedhis dog or something. At first I thought it was just me, but he?s like that with everybody.
