Terrible layout of the drive thru and driveway. They merge together at the end of the building. You are likely to get stuck... waiting to enter and/or leave. This is not helped by how slow this drive thru moves. Certainly not "fast" food. They also gaveme a happy meal box with a big hole in the bottom and then a bag to put the box in. Why not just put it in a new box. Read more

I only live about a minute from this McDonalds so it?s really convenient for me to come here. I wanted to leave this five star... review because I have came here MANY times and have had only great experiences. I wanted to spotlight one of their employees.Jamar (I believe is what his name tag read) is a fabulous employee. The first time he took my order he was still in training andwas so kind and polite. He didn?t treat me like I was just another car coming through the drive thru. He asked me how my day wasand saw me as a person. I hadn?t been back to McDonalds in awhile until this morning. Jamar was the person taking my orderagain. He once again was so sweet and kind and when I pulled up the window asked if I was on my way to work which I replied noand told him I was headed out of town to see family. He asked me how long I would be gone and was just so nice. Jamar makes thisMcDoanlds a better place. Everywhere needs a Jamar! ???? Read more

Re-fill the hand sanitizers! They've been empty for months. The soda machines have been out of ice a lot lately. Other than... that and the occasional drive thru back up, this location is usually clean and pretty we'll ran. Read more

A little slow ordering at the kiosk. Only two people in front of me, but drive-through had a line around building. I needed help... with my kiosk order because it did not print receipt. I pushed the "help" button once, then twice, and then pressed it 10 moretimes. NO one seemed to care. I waved to the managers and they just waved back?!? I stopped an employee walking past me, w/oacknowledging the help button. She seemed surprised that I needed or asked for help; despite the blinking orange light on kiosk.She was able to get me someone to help print me out receipt. Here's the rub, when you want fast food, it sucks to wait 20minutes in total with at most 2 people in front of me. I should have went to drive-through, for "semi-fast-food". On the plusside, the order was correct, warm, fresh, and tastey. 4 stars would have been an easy rating, if I didn't feel like I wasinvisible. Read more

Crazy unorganized service today. Went to get McDzzzz for granddaughter before school . I use the APP 99% of time,pre ordered,... let them know I was there snd parked in the curbside ( generally less than 5 minutes )& drive thru packed so parked. 10 minuteslater the 2 drinks & 2 breakfast sandwiches arrived. I told the very grumpy girl who said nothing. Wow didn't think it be 10minutes. No response from her. Got in my car and leave. We are 3 miles down the road and granddaughter says the sandwich ismissing the steak. See pic. Where's the pressed beef I just paid over 5$ for. If your going to be late why not at least get aaccurate ORDER. I called multiple times NO ANSWER finally got the manager who quickly told me she could not take my call shewas busy, REALLY...not 2 minutes.. No time for customer who admittedly spend way to much at MCDZZZ. Not even a receipt in bag todo a survey. To be fair I come here often, and mostly no problems but going to have to start checking burgers with them. I'lljust bypass this store who doesn't care anyhow. These employees need to be retrained starting with the manager. Hey folks treatpeople the way you'd want to be treated. Sorry your having a bad day for whatever reason. But don't take it out on customer whenthey call for refund for your mistakes. Read more
