Floor was nasty. Food & paper in the Common area. My Drink order was wrong. When corrected my soft drink was flat and delivered... without ice. A customer at another table was ranting incoherently in a loud voice. I could not get out of there fast enough. Read more
This location may be newly renovated but don?t be fooled. Their employees are worse than before. We dined in and my 4yr old had... to use the bathroom. The women's bathroom had absolutely no toilet paper so we asked. We waited 15-20 minutes and no one evercame. We asked again and the manager argued that someone already refilled the toilet paper. So I guess not only do you not getyour sauces without an argument now you don?t get toilet paper either. Next they?ll make you sit in the floor to eat. Read more

I would give zero stars if I could. Why do I need to explicitly say that I want hot fresh fries? The fries I was served less... than 10 minutes ago were unsatisfactory. They were cold and tasted like old oil. The apple pies were both lukewarm. Come on man.As the customer there are certain things that are expectations. I expected better service from this newly remodeled MacDonalds. After ordering my food they understandably asked me to pull... forward and wait at the third window for my food, then must have given my food to another car, after which they needed to askfor my receipt so that they could remake my order, only to leave out a kids meal forcing me to grab my child and go inside toask for it and then give me a hard time because I didn?t have a receipt. After finally asking the lady who helped me to verifyshe took my receipt, then finally was able to get my food and leave. Read more
