This review is for all my late night (8pm-12am) drive through people. The drive through is not very fast, BUT that's because... they literally only have one guy running both windows with a line constantly forming. The guy there is friendly and hasn'tmessed up my order like many other locations which are fully staffed. There's only so fast one guy can go and he's doing adecent job for the cars he's delt. I suggest allowing 15-25min in total from order to receiving food. Food is alright, it'sMcDonalds, exactly as you expect it to be. They usually honor special request unless it's unavailable so that's a plus????????. Overall 3/5. If an owner or manager is reading this, my suggestion is adding at least 1 more person at night ifpossible for drive through, during those hours I mentioned, that'd easily boost your ratings up to a 4 from me. *Ignore theatmosphere rating* Read more
Main thing I want to say is that their outdoor play area was open when we visited! I couldn't find online whether that was the... case so I hope this helps someone else who needs a safe place to stop with the kiddos. Play places have been closed so long andwe've really really missed them. The food was normal McDonald's ????, I thought all happy meals come with a tiny fries and wewere surprised when it only came with the apples and nuggets (i ordered at kiosk without double checking everything, whhooops)but no biggie I probably didn't need to be eating fries anyway so I just shared mine with my son. Send your sick employees home and stop letting them work around food. So unsanitary. Maybe the health department will randomly... visit you soon. Not coming back. Have given you too many chances at this point. At Tax 2 is ridiculous also. Not worth the valueor taste. Read more
Absolutely Horrible service provided. They definitely charged extra and burgers were missing out of my order when I called back... and asked for delivery no one wanted to help. apparently the person I was talking to end up hanging up on me without helpingdidn?t provide her name when I got called back someone said they had currently for managers available (currently working) andnobody was available to help. Not to mention this is a third time they were missing an items from my order, I went back twice inthe past but was NOT willing to drive back today. Instead of an apology, I was ordered to go back, and that was the only waythey could?ve done something to help me. Otherwise, they were happy to keep my money and the product that I paidfor. The amount of times I go to this McDonald?s I just need to stop at this point. Their food is not even good, I?m always getting... like dry old food that was sitting out for a while. My nuggets is dry you could tell that it was out for a while. The frenchfries I got is so SOGGY. $9 for the stuff I go isn?t worth it. I do not recommend this McDonald?s all all. Read more
I went here for dinner, grabbed mom something as a little surprise after she worked hard and I noticed they had a free library... for kids. I grabbed two brand new Dr. Seuss books for my friend's daughter. Very pleased with this. I wish all McDonald's andfast food places had books for kids. It's the least they could do (aside from giving employees a decent wage). Read more
