I have sympathy when a restaurant is under staffed - but it should not take an hour to receive a curbside pickup order. I sat in... my car at the curb for 20 minutes without seeing a single employee. Finally, an employee came ... to lock the front door and putup a sign that says "drive thru." So I went to the drive thru. And I sat there for another 20 or so minutes, watching 3 cars infront of me ring the doorbell on the window then drive away one by one because no employee ever came to the window. I personallyrang the doorbell twice at the window before I had to get out of my car and come inside through the side door. Once inside, Iwaited for another 20 or so minutes! It's now been at least an hour since my order was confirmed as ready to pickup on the app.More issues that came up: two people that came in after me were assisted before me. The cashier handled money (dollar bills andcoins!!) with her bare hands then went in the back and handled food without washing her hands or putting on gloves. I heard themanager tell the employee to "not worry" about the people waiting at the front counter, and they ignored us for a long time.Again, I understand they were short staffed. But what's the point of having a sign on the door that says "drive thru" if everysingle person at the drive thru was completely ignored? I suggest only taking delivery orders on days like this. I can't believeI had to get out of my car and come inside the restaurant to get my food ... an hour after it was marked ready!! I chosecontactless curbside order and had to come in contact with multiple people. Luckily, I used my Hut Rewards points on this orderand didn't waste my money on this terrible experience and mediocre pizza. Read more
I got home and opened my food and I see that they got the wrong order of wings The pizza tasted like cardboard, it was soft but... leathery, I called the pizza place and I was told to Drive Back and return the the food before they can give me a solution Theguy said he was the manager and identified himself as Abbe or Abee and would not make this situation right unless I went backand gave them back the food. To be clear I was already home and already had a previous engagement so I couldn't go back I'venever had this type of experience before and I wouldn't wish this on anyone All I wanted was for them to replace my wings asthey messed up the order even if I had to eat the leathery pizza Read more
With what seemed to us a short staff, made our dine in experience lack luster. Pizza was good, salad bar looked old. Men's room... out of order. Will try again to see if it got better.. Read more

The delivery was prompt,but the order was completely wrong(pizza was mehhh)and didn't receive my 2 liter of soda on top of that.... First and last time I order from this Pizza Hut. You are better off with a mom and pop pizza shop to be honest. Should have heedthe low star reviews. Read more

First time ordering here and it?ll be our last. Did an online order for pickup. Long wait for order, had to make our own salad... and they were out of a lot of toppings, given wrong dressing and was told, ?this is all we have?, only 1 type of crust wasavailable for order (thin).
