This location is so subpar, it's sad. They are always out of something. How are you out of chicken? It would be like McDonald's... being out burgers. The employees don't seem to care about being there and the area behind the counter always looks like theaftermath of a food fight. I can't say I've had one good visit in all the times I've gone so I've just decided to stop going.Maybe one day, management will realize and correct the issues. Read more
Horrible customer service! Its always a gamble visiting this location. On the good days my order is correct. On the bad days,... they are out of ice, sauces and have no respect for your order. In the 7 yrs we have lived in Dale City this location has been consistent with a few things. 1. Horrible customer service 2.... Horrible Quality of food 3. They are apparently unable to get an order correct and get an attitude when you bring it back. Theway gas prices are setup the drive home then to have to go back to wait in line where no one is acknowledged does not work. Never ceases to amaze me. I ordered a few spicy chicken sandwiches, a thing of tenders, and the NEW Fish Flounder sandwich. All... the sandwiches I could tell were old, just like the last few times I got them from here, and I did not get the FISH sandwich.When the chicken is tough and the breading is soggy from the sauce & pickles, it's obvious. I'm guessing they didn't feel likecooking the fish before the delivery guy showed up, so they lazily replaced it with an old piece of chicken. If you're lookingfor a place to eat in the area, there are other places a short walk from Popeyes that I'd guess actually care about making somefresh chicken. Read more
Went to this location at 730pm for some tenders & sides. Order was placed, but they were out of mac n cheese and mashed... potatoes. Not really sure how you can be out of these 2 sides when you still had over 4hrs before closing. I was visiting VAfrom out of state, and this was a horrible experience. The in store wait is incredible and this location is staffed by employees who dress poorly, have poor customer service and have... little to no interest in positive customer experience. Mask wearing was inconsistent and the restrooms are filthy. They lackbasic cleaning supplies like toilet paper and paper towels and the only operating restroom is the men?s one. I?m glad I chose touse the restroom before ordering: it was so disgusting, I left and wouldn?t recommend eating anything from this location.
