Great service. Thanks for having a customer bathroom. I miss how Starbucks used to put cream and sugar out so customers could... adjust their coffee and tea themselves. Well trained staff that was welcomed everyone that enter the store. The Baristas were well versed on the flavor profiles of the... drinks on the menue and made perfect recommendations. I usually come to this location because it is close to my house but it's really a roll of the dice on if you get a barista that... can properly make the drink. What I'm really upset about is that I asked for a iced chai latte with whole milk instead of 2%milk and I was charged for them putting extra milk in when I didn't ask for that so basically all I got was a venti cup of milk.Pretty upset about this experience, I can usually deal with my drink not having enough pumps of chai in it but when I'm chargedfor something I did not ask for it isn't right.
