I usually come to this location because it is close to my house but it's really a roll of the dice on if you get a barista that... can properly make the drink. What I'm really upset about is that I asked for a iced chai latte with whole milk instead of 2%milk and I was charged for them putting extra milk in when I didn't ask for that so basically all I got was a venti cup of milk.Pretty upset about this experience, I can usually deal with my drink not having enough pumps of chai in it but when I'm chargedfor something I did not ask for it isn't right. Great service. Thanks for having a customer bathroom. I miss how Starbucks used to put cream and sugar out so customers could... adjust their coffee and tea themselves. Sometimes I don't know how much sugar I want in my tea or coffee until I taste it. Whydid Statbucks stop putting cream and sugar out for customers? Is this since Covid?
