So let?s get this straight real quick. You WRITE no tomato, and then put tomato on it??? I have this issue almost EVERY single... time I get tacos from here. It?s not hard to read a screen and make orders. And yes I have worked in food, and currently do. Iknow it?s not hard, ESPECIALLY when you made the FIRST 2 CORRECTLY! So why mess up the 3rd?? Hopefully the Taco Bell close towhere I?m moving will understand how to make tacos the way the customer asks. Read more
Nice crew of people, I frequent this Taco Bell because it?s close and I always get great service. I wish some of the customers... would treat these young guys with respect because they get out of hand over small things that can easily be handled. Read more
Woman on staff this morning is rude! Refused to give me my mobile order through drive through. Explained I could not get out of... car because of baby in car they said it's my problem and to come inside. There were 5 cars in front of me in the drivethrough.... Read more
My nacho bell grande was cheese meat and onions because I paid .45 for onions on it! Asked for no beans added. They left the... tomatoes off! The taco was not good as it usually is....I was very disappointed! The only thing good was the mango freeze! Read more
Food was good, no prices posted anywhere. The all kiosk system isn't perfect for everybody it let me choose dine in, but didnt... recognize new items selection. The order taker got my name wrong and put in 6 orders when I said I wanted to try the new toastedcheddar chalupa. Other than that the food was good, our soft tacos, nachos belgrande and Mexican pizza were all done correctlyand the new chalupa is good enough I don't mind having for extra after the two I had in the restaurant. Worst drive thru experience I?ve had at this location. I asked for extra creamy jalapeño and they said it was in the burrito.... Could?ve just told me we don?t have the sauce instead of lying and up charging also. There was legit nothing inside it and tomake matters worse, there was hair inside my burritos?. This is a completely remodeled store with all new equipment and furniture. The food came out quick and was hot. The dining room... was a mess. Two employees on their phone/tablet and not one single clean table in the place. I approached the manager about itand he didn't respond to my remarks nor did he have the tables cleaned. Food good, employees/management needs replacement aswell. Read more
