Ive been living in this area my entire life. Never have I ever been to a place that can quite literally F up my orders and im... not exaggerating, its gotta be 75% fail rate. At least 3 out of 4 times I go. My order is never done correctly. Thats it, lasttime. Im not going anymore to this Wendys. Goes to show they must be doing something wrong when they have 2.8 rating on Googlereviews. Seriously, If you want to experience a bad day. If you are already having a terrible horrible no good bad day. Go tothis place.... When your done, you will be left with the desire to go nuts like Michael Douglas in the movie FallingDown. Update Nov 22, 2022 Thomas the manager visited me in person, asked me to try again. I went the next day and let me tellyou those chicken nuggets were the hottest, freshest, crispiest, tastiest little morsels of juicy breaded chicken! I'll keepyall updated. 4 stars now! Read more

Being this a newer establishment, you would think that it would be cleaner than what it is. Upon arrival, we headed to the... restroom to wash our hands before dining. Both bathroom doors were locked. A employee unlocked the doors for us to utilize andwe then figured out why they were locked. I?m guessing to avoid cleaning them.?. Although they were stocked with the necessaryessentials, they were about as gross as the worse highway gas station In the middle of nowhere. Moving on? We ordered off themenu and requested fresh cooked fries. We were served cold fries and cold nuggets. We returned our tray and requested onceagain, fresh. The employee was not happy with our request, and very rudely trashed our food and began to make it fresh. Theburger was cooked through, but the buns were cold/stale and the cheese was barely melted. The ?serve yourself? drink machine/teawas a horrific mess. Splatters of old soda everywhere and the tea canister was of course empty. We had to search the very smalldining room for a clean table to sit at. Overall experience could?ve been worse I?m guessing, but we were just there to enjoyeach other?s conversation and grab a quick bite. Will not be back to this location. Read more

They claim to be open at 5, but this is the third time I've tried and no one has spoke on the intercom. Wenf to the window once... and the lady said the computers were down. Ok, no problem. But say that on the intercom. Put a sign up. Not just have people sitthere waiting. Most people who who show up that early are trying to get to work. So even though the signs claim they're open at5 now, they're not open to serve. Read more

Great job going above and beyond what I ordered. Although I did have problems with my orderand did have to wait? hospitality goes a long way. Hospitality was a definite 4 today! THANKS! Also the girl passing out orderswas very polite and HER smile goes a long way. Good luck with speed of service I believe you can turn this store around!???????? Read more

This cost me about $7.50 - I'd call the highway robbery. I researched allergen info, and to Wendy's credit, their online menu is... reasonably well-labeled. This is an important first step in being allergen friendly, but it's still a terrible customerexperience. The online info appeared to be accurate, but that's where the allergen friendliness ends. I would personallyinterpret it as "*if you have food allergies* DO NOT EAT HERE". They do allow you to customize your order, to remove anythingyou are allergic to. As seen here, expect to still pay full price for it, even if you can't eat most of it. The same legaldisclaimer is present indicating that cross contamination is possible and they cannot guarantee the safety of their food. Infairness to Wendy's this is pretty typical in the industry, but this also indicates a severe limit to allergy friendliness; it'slargely a PR stunt, and do not confuse it for anything more. Wendy's is on par with the industry, but that is not the same assaying they are in any way allergy friendly. They are not, despite being a little bit better with their menu labeling (althoughapparently a little behind with burgers as lettuce wrap options). I used to opt for Wendy's over other comparable burger chainsbecause Wendy's generally has much better burgers. I expected better, and I'm sorely disappointed. I'm continuing to search foran allergen friendly fast food chain - Wendy's is not it. I hope someday that changes. Read more
