Normally don?t have any problems but tonight was ridiculous! I went through the drive through and they would NOT sell me burgers... or fries. ONLY crispy chicken sandwiches ???? IT WAS 10:40pm, 20 mins before closing even though there?s ?hours? posted that saythey?re open until midnight. And top all of that off the manager lady was SO RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL!???? Read more
It was weird to walk in to this place and see the McDonald's decor and signage and yet have it feel like I'm in a dirty, seedy... rest stop. There was absolutely no evidence of any pride or care in cleaning or maintenance. I was honestly nervous to eat myburger after seeing how little care was given to the front of house. The difference between a dinner or lunch rush that justhasn't been cleaned up yet and chronic neglect is pretty obvious. They should be ashamed of themselves, but the quality of theirservice would indicate that they don't care enough to feel shame for what they are doing - or not doing. Read more
Drive through order got messed up. First of all they didn?t give us half of our breakfast. Just gave the pancake/ hotcake. We... suddenly decided to eat inside and found out 2 McMuffins were missing. (We customized it requesting no meat.) Asked a fewquestions and figured out some poor guy/gal was given our breakfast at drive through. Anyways they promptly made ours. Coffeewas ok. Second of all, the breakfast is overpriced compared to the size of everything. I believe there is not even one wholeegg in these mcMuffins !!! Goodness gracious!!!! Absolutely terrible experience & food! They force you to use kiosks, which is a joke & shut down twice when I was just about... finished with my order. It takes twice as long to order this way & I don?t work for McDonald?s, so I shouldn?t have to do my ownorders! After 12 minutes of waiting, the Food was bland & tasteless?bathroom was dirty & trash cans overflowing terribly. Priceswere much more than other McDonald?s & not 1 employee acknowledged you were there! They should be ashamed of that franchise! Read more
DON'T BOTHER. This place is one of the worst McDonalds to visit. Flys everywhere, even one trapped in the cookie and pie... display. We decided not to eat here but ordered slushies that were on the menu, and were told that they were discontinued. Eventhe "limited time" one that they were advertising all over. We ordered 2 frozen drinks, waited 15 minutes, and went back to findthat they had been sitting at the machine melting that whole time. She set them on the counter, turned around, and walkedaway. All this, and by the way... the store was empty. What poor and uncaring service. And let's face it... I wasn't expectingmuch I WILL say that the young man who was sweeping the floor was very nice, and welcoming. He was the only one who knows howto treat a customer.. Read more
The drive thru line was long so we went in to eat. There is no cashier, only auto order machines. We figured out the machines... with some help from other customers that told us they too had struggled. We finished our order and sat. Most every table neededto be wiped down. My husband wiped ours down. There was trash left on other tables. When we got our order, my husband asked forketchup and was told there wasn't any. No. Ketchup. The food was NOT good. The fries tasted stale, as if they had been sittingaround a long time. They were not the famous McD fries. They were mostly cold and stale. When we left, there was still a longline of cars for the drive thru. Considering the wait for our order, I can see why there was such a long line. Slow. Dirty. Andterrible food. Read more
