Ordered online. Arrived 2 minutes past pick up time and it wasn't ready for another 45 minutes. They were out of okra, hush... puppies and tarter sauce. Should have just gone through the drive-thru. Those people were getting through quicker. Read more

The worst. Fish not cooked, no crunch at all. Middle of fish taste slimy. Taste burnt maybe use of old grease taste. Definitely... different from previous pandemic. Go someplace else if you're craving fish, coleslaw etc. Read more
Update #2: It has now been 2 weeks since Captain D's gave us this nasty food and I have yet to receive any correspondence from... anyone. Captain D's, if you are ok with serving paying customers trash food then you just need to go ahead and shut down. I donthave a habit of paying for food that isnt edible. Just know if you eat at this establishment you may receive inferiorfood. Update: Was contacted by a reply to my 1 star review the following day asking me to contact them at an email addressleaving them my info and what happened. I guess Captain D's is ok with serving nasty food because I never heard another wordfrom them. I will NOT spend another penny in this location. I dont have a habit of spending money on food that I cant eat. Wasreally wanting fish tonight but Im not sure what I got. The fish didnt have its normal batter on it, it was battered in whatlooked like cornmeal. The fish looked funny, it looked like minced fish not the flaky fish that we normally get. It tasted awfuland it was extremely dry. I got a 4pc meal and my husband got the 3pc meal and neither of us ate all of it. $22.97 down thedrain with thrown away food. Just have to think that they ran out of their regular batter and substituted the cornmeal batterwhich was hard and awful. Well, I guess I will be looking for somewhere else to get my fish because I will not be back if thisis the kind of food they will be serving. Even the vinegar couldnt save this mess!!! Read more

The waitress wasn't friendly, and kind of snobby the food my steak was cooked perfectly but my lobster tail was so small and I... mean small, the mashed potatoes had no flavor and the salad was brown and had stems in it. I work in a restaurant and wouldn'tserve a salad like I received. We paid a lot for our meal. My husband even made a comment about how small the lobster tail. Sadbut true, our waitress definitely needs people skills. One other thing no raw oysters, what seafood place besides Captain D'sdoesn't sell raw oysters. Read more
