The food was gross, my burger had no flavor, the bun was not soft, the burger patty was cold and was obviously old. The fries... were okay. I really do not come here because the breakfast I had was very bad, waited for them to cook a biscuit and when Ireceived it, it was raw inside. Me and my dad came in earlier today and ate the restaurant smells as soon as you walk in the door. I ordered our food and waited... while we waited I looked up and noticed the mold all around the restaurant and I remember it being like this a couple year?s agoas well. I figured it was fixed by now I guess not. I feel bad for the employees who have been and will be subjected tobreathing in the mold. I was not even there an hour and I?ve had a horrible headache since leaving. I can?t believe theinspector would let this pass and I wonder why you still keep this place open knowing this. Once winter gets here and the heatgets turned on it?s going to be much worse. I?m surprised there has not been a class action lawsuit from employees and customerswho have went to eat or have worked in this restaurant and the owner?s don?t have the decency to fix it. Drive thru breakfast experience only- Service was pleasant, everyone I could see was wearing mask. Food was fresh and hot,... however my breakfast platter was missing the bacon. I know I should have checked before driving off, but there were cars behindme and I do have hope that my meal would be correct. Bad on my part I guess. The eggs and hashbrowns had a burnt taste. Fromyears working in food service I can chalk that burnt taste to old oil not being changed frequently, and the eggs although werefresh, the grill probably needs a good cleaning. Read more
Well I certainly will never ever in a million years go back to this place. They send out food burnt and possibly burnt grease on... the bottom of their food. That is totally disgusting and disrespectful to customers in my opinion. The worst part was it lookedlike it was a manager handing out this food. How could a manager allow for food to be put out looking unsanitary. When foodlooks like it has burnt grease sometimes it means their equipment is not cleaned properly or someone isn?t doing their job.Definitely a manager wasn?t doing their job if they are sending food out looking like that. Went in for lunch today about 1:30pm today (Monday, July 1, 2019). Greeted immediately at the counter by a nice woman. I... ordered the classic Hardees burger with fries and drink and so did my brother, we had never tried that before. It's basically adouble burger with cheese, lettuce, tomato, onions, and a thousand island-type sauce. Tasted pretty good. Fries were fresh andhot. Worked for this restaurant up until recently. Place has several issues. Mold, mildew, and a roach infestation. None of the food... is stored at correct temperatures or stored properly. Expired food is sold to customers often. Dirty dishes are used to carryand touch food. I don?t recommend anybody eat at this specific location. They do not care about their customers or employees.The General manager of the store is unfit for the position and a closeted Racist! She discriminated against fellow AfricanAmerican coworkers while praising the white ones. If as an employee of color you didn?t do or respond to something as she wantedshe would send you home early, cut your hours, or not schedule you at all and tell you it?s because of ?labor?.
