Someone needs to teach these young employees some manners. They have bad attitudes, no customer service etiquette and are just... plain rude. They don't speak at the windows just shove things to you. Had to wait 10 minutes to get food after paying and it wascold so it wasn't because they were waiting for something to finish cooking. Hire people that don't have nasty attitudes andtrain them better. Read more
We went inside and the service was very slow ???? with very few customers. I did see frequent Uber eats pickups I guess would be... customers. It had very low lighting that made me just order to go ???????. The food was fresh and delicious ????, everything wasclean. I doubt I would return inside again but the drive-thru would probably be a better option. Read more

Waited at the counter for a very long time. There were plenty of workers but they were all talking. I finally placed my order at... the kiosk. The manager did come out and address some concerns about personal items in the line and no masks being warn. Allworks stopped working to listen except the one girl eating fries from the line. I finally received my food which looked andtasted like it was from yesterday. Read more

If I could leave less stars, I would! I NEVER leave reviews on anything, but I?ve lived in Dallas for 10 years and just up the... road from this restaurant. For several years, this location was fine, but for whatever reason, over the last 2 or 3 years, ithas fallen off a cliff! It is absolutely insane how bad it is. I have been here for 30 minutes waiting on ONE COFFEE! That?s notto mention the terrible attitude that some of the YOUNG, newer workers have here!
