If I could leave less stars, I would! I NEVER leave reviews on anything, but I?ve lived in Dallas for 10 years and just up the... road from this restaurant. For several years, this location was fine, but for whatever reason, over the last 2 or 3 years, ithas fallen off a cliff! It is absolutely insane how bad it is. I have been here for 30 minutes waiting on ONE COFFEE! That?s notto mention the terrible attitude that some of the YOUNG, newer workers have here! Someone needs to teach these young employees some manners. They have bad attitudes, no customer service etiquette and are just... plain rude. They don't speak at the windows just shove things to you. Had to wait 10 minutes to get food after paying and it wascold so it wasn't because they were waiting for something to finish cooking. Hire people that don't have nasty attitudes andtrain them better. Read more

We went inside and the service was very slow ???? with very few customers. I did see frequent Uber eats pickups I guess would be... customers. It had very low lighting that made me just order to go ???????. The food was fresh and delicious ????, everything wasclean. I doubt I would return inside again but the drive-thru would probably be a better option. Read more

It's a McDonald's. Also, it's post Corona Era and this is in America. What do you really expect from a McDonald's employee? Not... to spit in your food? This place was better than the local hooters. Read more

Waited at the counter for a very long time. There were plenty of workers but they were all talking. I finally placed my order at... the kiosk. The manager did come out and address some concerns about personal items in the line and no masks being warn. Allworks stopped working to listen except the one girl eating fries from the line. I finally received my food which looked andtasted like it was from yesterday. Read more

Placed a mobile order. Picked it up through the drive thru. I ordered 20 piece nuggets with two medium fries. I choose two... barbecue sauces and a Buffalo sauce. This will be relevant in a second. I also ordered a six piece nuggets happy meal for mythree year old. No sauce. Apple slices and a milk. They got us through the drive thru pretty quick. I didn?t look to make surewe got everything. I take responsibility there. They didn?t give us the milk. No biggie. I have some at home. We get home andsit down and my son is eating his nuggets. He takes out his sauce, opens it, and is immediately crying. They had put Buffalosauce in his happy meal, and he opened it and ate some. First point is that I ordered no sauce for the happy meal, but they putsome in. No big deal if it was barbecue or something, but they put the spicy Buffalo sauce in the happy meal. Horrible i waited 35 minutes for my food, i kept asking and giving my ticket number. Then a young guy checked and pointed at a... bag on the counter just sitting their when i asked several times, i explained i would not received that and please remake myorder, he started slinging the fry racks until one fell on the floor he was extremely upset with me, however manager on duty andcashier was overly nice and tried too escalate the situation. He needs anger management for sure. Read more
