If they have a good review on here it?s fake !!!!!! There are rude management and staff members. I noticed the other reviews had... multiple complaints about staff. Owner needs to re-train staff In that case I?m going to take it easy on what I really wanna say.The pizza is nasty . I tried to give a second chance. Pizza Hut website wasn't functional so I called in an order. I had reward points that I need to use and explained that in the... beginning of my conversation. I gave my address, name and all pertinent info, after 10 minutes of trying to explain a simpleorder (one Pizza and 2 sides), the guy comes up with a total that almost double of what it should have been. After I was quotedthe incorrect amount, I reminded the employee that I was using rewards points, but at this point I was irritated at the entiresituation. took an hour to get here when the estimated time was 25-35minutes. The lady I spoke to was very rude. When the pizza arrived it... was cold and old. You can tell it's old because of the temp, the box was soggy from sitting in the bag and the accumulatedhumidity overtime from when it was hot, and the cheese was darkened and hard. Placed an order for large pizza and wings. When it arrived we open the box to find the pizza was over cooked. So much so that... you couldnt even tell there was cheese on the pizza. My husband drove up there and showed them and the response he got was"whats wrong with it" he promptly asked for a refund and we ordered from papa johns instead. I ordered a cheese and veggie lovers pizzas. They don?t taste like anything I have ordered from Pizza Hut before. My kids flat... out refused to take a second bite. I ordered $25 worth of food. When I shielded up to pickup my order, I asked how much it would be to add an additional large pan... supreme. I was quoted $23. I looked quickly in the app and found two large pizzas for that price. When I asked about acoupon, I was told there is a $12.99 coupon but I would need to have that coupon. When asked if I wanted to order that, Iexplained I wasn?t going to spend that for one pizza. The employee was unwilling to budge. He suggested that I look forcoupons in the mail. I explained I couldn?t think of the last time that I had seen actual coupon s for Pizza Hut. Basically,he'd rather lose an order that you?d still profit on at $12.99 than provide some sort of discount. I?d my kids weren?t hungry,I would have asked for a refund on my already placed order.
