Thieves.. Preying on elderly people. I ordered my elderly friend a sub online. It was paid for. When she got there, they charged... her again. The person who identified as a manager refuses to refund my money to my card. Kept offering another sub. She is asuper tiny, elderly woman and hasn't eaten the sub from yesterday. Always clean and always fresh! Every employee actually knows how to build a subway sandwich. And the air is always refreshing... and never stuffy in there like at other subways with managers trying to penny pinch on utilities. Made an online order which I normally do not do. Picked my food up and the sandwich was made so sloppy.. glob of mayo in one... spot little meat and just thrown together. Called and told them I do not want this can you remake it. THE OWNER told me to payfor another sandwich I stated to him I could go to any other establishment and they would remake it he said he did not want myservice and gave me my money back!! This subway is very unprofessional! We ordered 3 foot long subs and my husband picked them up from the location in the strip... mall as Kroger and when we finally were able to eat we noticed something that resembled long burnt plastic that was cookedinside the subs and hanging out about 2 inches. Spoke with a supervisor by the name of JP he was rude and nasty and veryunapologetic about this issue at hand. Then he proceeds to tell us to bring the food back as if we were gonna eat them. So Itook the food back the next day and handed them to him. So he looked at them and pulled the items out and dropped them on thefloor. So he tells me that he isn?t gonna refund me my money and that he?ll remake them as if I would trust any food from thatlocation. Then he tells me take your money and don?t ever return. I said to him I wouldn?t ever come back here nor would I evereat their food after finding the plastic, and the hair in the food!
