Today, March 9, 2022 at 9:50pm The manager had all the panels removed from bellow the food counter. The cube shaped... refrigeration coils with all the caked on dust was fully exposed. A Yellow power Drill sitting on a table, plugged in by a longextension cord, and unattended. The removed panels laying on another table. Military discount denied, despite getting it at thesame store 5 days ago and every other time I have gone for the past few months. Health code volition has been reported to/subway corporate. Terrible customer service, snotty attitude when I called an ingredient the wrong name, couldn?t handle 3 sandwich order when I... was the only person in the store. Doesn't honor b1g1 footlong, as well as up charges for subway club-which is back at a regularprice at 95% of stores in the area. I know each location decides pricing and what they carry thanks to having worked at severalsubway locations. This is the second time Ive had a bad encounter due to the workers attitudes in the afternoon at thislocation, worth driving out to a further location in my opinion. Read more
My daughter arrived at this location 30 min. before closing time and the door was locked. The open sign was still on, so when... she looked in, wondering why the door was locked, the employees saw her and just turned the sign off. I contacted the corporateoffice asking why one of their stores would close 30 min. before closing time. They responded saying that someone from thestore would contact me, this was two weeks ago and no one has responded. Our family goes to this location at least once a weekand always tip the employees. Now my daughter said that she never wants to go to Subway because of the humiliation she felt,having them just disregard her, with everyone in the store looking at her.
