Just drove almost 4 hours, stopped at Jack in the box, they?re closed before posted closing times; Stopped at McDonald?s; waited... in a pretty avg line for about 15-25 minutes before driving off? I decided, the little beacon across the street was my lasthope for any possibility of eating this evening. Not only was I greeted promptly with a friendly tone, when I had explained mydilemma to the girl working the drive thru, she actually seemed empathetic towards our situation. We ordered 5 whopper jr withcheese and 2 cokes. We tipped the entire staff, I thanked them over and over again for their excellent service, and was able toleave shortly after. Not only was the service actually good, the food was actually good? burgers were hot, vegetables on theburger were cold, cheese was melted, drinks were cold. I hope everyone working tonight gets a chance to see this review andunderstand the importance of being as wonderful as you were this evening, all of the time. Thank you all so much, as a fellowrestaurant worker/owner, I just got done working a 40 hr weekend for Labor Day and all I wanted was a hot easy meal; thank youfor that. The restaurant is old really old but that shouldn't affect it's cleanliness. This particular location is always untidy and... unkempt. The bathrooms are atrocious and the dining room is always nasty. The tables are never wiped clean and the floors arecontinuously unswept. The outside is equally unappealing. Old and outdated landscaping. The parking lot is usually filthy. Theyounger, lower level staff is wonderful. They are always cheerful and friendly, however the upper-level managers,for whateverreason, are hateful and rude. Orders are usually correct but portions are lacking. This location is bad for the chain and needsoverhauling from the ground up. I would recommend skipping out on the his location and heading across the street to McDonald's. Read more
This location as a SUPER SUPER RUDE MANAGER. She acted like we had broken into the store the other night. The door was propped... open so we went inside to order. We stopped at the bathroom to wash up before going to the counter. She barged into the men'sbathroom and when she saw my partner, she rudely said, "How did you get in here?" She came across like he had sneaked insomehow. We had no idea that the lobby was closed. The doors were unlocked. After dealing with her rude manner, we left withoutordering. If your lobby is closed--LOCK THE DOORS and if you have customers who are still inside when the doors are locked--DONTACT LIKE THEY ARE TRESPASSING!! They seemed to be busy but they were very fast and patient as three people were trying to place orders. Most likely I think... confusing them because they were confused their self ???? of course prices have went up on everything so they were a little bitmore expensive than we thought so they helped out by giving us some kind of I don't know what it was but it made our billcheaper which I think was really kind. So I would definitely recommend Burger King as I seen to be doing better our services.... Read more
Customer service was friendly and we only had to wait few minutes to get our food. Our order accurate which is rare for most... burger kings. We ordered large fries that looked like a kids fry, but they still tasted good. We had several double chezboogersthat were super good. The rodeo burgers didnt taste well and were cold. Read more
Usually all good, but today. Order chicken deluxe sandwich combo. Had to have received a small fry. See pic. Sandwich was good... but the piece of chicken was quite small. I'd still recommend. Read more
They should have large signs saying inside dining area is closed. I am tired of having to get out of my car only to find that... doors are locked. I get it. Just own it and post it. Read more
