Never have I been more disappointed. Placed an order on Halloween night on the app, Paid in full and included a tip. Delivery... person came. First forgot on of my drinks, then said I owed a balance of $5.00 ( just under $5.00) I explained NO, that I hadpaid the full amount and included a tip. The delivery person calls him manager whom I ask to speak to and he tries to explainthat is that to do with the pizza crust......I don't know-as it made no sense to me. It gave me a total. I PAID THAT TOTAL. Longstory short. I don't carry cash. They took the one drink they brought, added the one they forgot and that was that. NOW riddleme this....If I pay what your APP says I owe. There is NO BALANCE and if the problem is in the store.....that is your problem.SO LET DOWN!!! Read more

The food is being cooked to long. Thin crust, I know is crisp but this is on the hard side. Plus the edges are also burnt.

don't count on getting anything the last hour they are open. everytime I place an order the last hour they are open. I pay... online they get my order the tracker says so & so started your order then someone calls from the store and says we stoppedtaking orders about an hour ago. then it takes almost a week to get the money refunded back to your card. this is a pitifulexcuse for a business. I always thought business hours meant you worked from open until close not until you get tired then justcall people and tell them you don't feel like working anymore tonight so you're just S.O.L. and good luck on getting your moneyback in a timely fashion. *click* I bet employee paychecks go out in a timely fashion because if not this sorry excuse for ateam wouldn't even show up. If you can even call what they do now showing up. what a joke. Read more

Read the other reviews trust me nobody is lying ! After placing my order I'm checking the status of my order and it's on prep... for 30 minutes so I decided to call and I was advised that I'd have to wait 2 hours for delivery . It's best to support localbusinesses where real customer service is still a thing . Read more

Ordered pizza at 6:30, checked the tracker 30 minutes later and it was still in ?prep?. Call the store to see if the tracker is... broke or if they received my order?.the lady who answered was very annoyed by my call and informed there was a two and a halfhour wait. Totally understand that they are probably understaffed, however people order delivery because it?s fast, easy andconvenient. If there is a staffing issue there should be a way for the store to put a disclaimer for the wait times on theapp/websites. I ended up canceling my order, and had Pizza Hut delivered in 20 minutes. (The rude lady who answered my call willbe what I remember about Domino?s from now on.) Read more

Placed an order over an hour ago and the tracker showed still as prep. I called to get an update and the woman on the phone was... immediately rude and defensive. I understand if you're under staffed and stressed, but that does not mean that you in turn takeit out on a customer who was just calling to ask a question. Update: we ordered at 7:35, called at 8:37, verbally told Anna tocancel the order while on the call because you can't do it through online ordering, and they delivered it at 10:14. We sent itback because we had already eaten the pizza from Pizza Hut which was ordered at 8:46 and delivered at 9:37. Read more

Had a bad experience previously. Decided to give them another chance. Last time the delivery driver ran over my neighbors... mailbox and peeled off. It was blatant, kid came back a couple days later and made things right but the real problem was themanager. When I called to report the incident she immediately became defensive and rude. No big deal, we all have a bad day.Fast forward to tonight we ordered food. Waited over an hour and the tracker hadn't updated. We called to check on the statusand, again, that same manager answered the phone and, again was rude/defensive. She said that the wait was 2 to 2.5 hours. Theywere short on staff with only one delivery driver working. Cutting us off mid sentence with some awkward air of authority thatseems to be misplaced for a pizza shop manager. Guys... it's pizza. We order it because it's convenient. The moment it becomesinconvenient we go somewhere else. It's not the customer's fault you are short staffed, that is all unstandable. But the instantreaction to be flat out rude to the customer over your internal issues? No thanks, this branch will start to lose customers andhemorrhage money if they don't get her under control with some courtesy training. Read more

Apparently, from reading the other reviews & after the experience I had, the Manager at this store is allowed to talk to people... any way she likes and then proceeds to say ?GET OUT OF MY STORE? I think she?s very confused. She?s just a worker, not theowner! I will say this. I SPEND WAAAAY TOO MUCH MONEY TO BE TREATED THE WAY I WAS TODAY, and she may wanna start treatingpeople better considering we pay her bills. Without customers she and all the rest of those rude employees wouldn?t have a job! She?s allowed to curse, scream point, dictate? am I supposed to be scared of her? Just wondering? And my mind is blown thatDominoes tolerates this behavior from their employees! & I definitely will be contacting cooperate tomorrow when they open???? EDITED TO ADD: the ?owner? comes on here and pretends to care, just for the rest of the public to read and they replywith their email info and encourage you to contact them with all of your order info, etc? yet, then ghost you and doesn?t evencall you back, or email you back. They could care less. I will take my business to papas pizza in Dallas. Their pizza isactually much better, also, you can dine in which is a plus for me and my family, and also they have a variety of friendlystaff! It?s a win win all around. Read more
