It was a great experience. Friendly and helpful staff. Food was hot and fresh. Prices were very good. Parking lot area clean.
Wow paid 9.57 for a crispy burned up egg sandwich soaked in ketchup. I asked for no cheese. It had cheese. I don't understand... why I say what I want and they just put whatever in the bag. The hash brown patty was also burned crispy and wasn't given mydrink. So I sat in line again. Got to the window and she asks me for my reciept. I know I waited awhile but not long ago for herto forget me cuz she give me the reciept and I just wanted my soda. Finally found my reciept in the bag. Like I think shethought I was trying to get something for free. Never again. I also went online to vent and I got a email back asking me what myproblem was. I used to love this location but lately the quality of their food has drastically declined. If they even get your order right... the burger will be dry like its been sitting for hours and the fries will be soggy af and the soda always flat. If you guys areloosing buisness, thats why. Read more
I'm a Restaurant owner/manager; I'm Coming home from a long drive back from the beach from my restaurant, I was really happy to... see there was a Jack open nearby... Cars are in the drive thru, its before posted closing but all the lights are off andthey're "closed" as the lady at the drive the kinda coldly let us know. I?m sitting at McDonald?s now writing this. This is areal Bummer, My girlfriend and I were really looking forward to this as we don?t have one nearby where we live, and would gladlywait for good food and be understanding to any short staffing issues or wait times. I usually love jack n the box. This one in Dallas was horrific. It had on small piece of bacon on a burger with the description... of big a bacon burger and a pic with several pieces. Drink machine didn't work and the tea was horrible. Never going back tothis one. Read more
We went in to get a quick dinner for our family. We had 2 different orders. After taking the first order had to wait to order... second order until after the first order was already delivered. The first order took 10-15 minutes, so by the time the secondorder was ready we were ready to leave. I always thought fast food was much quicker then over 30 minutes for 2 orders.Definitely not going to be visiting again the Jack in the Box in Dallas, NC again!!!!! Read more

My bun top was hard, the meat didn't have any seasoning an it wasn't cold but the bacon something sauce is not good at all. I'm... going to try there one one time an try something different. I use to like the combo wit the sourdough bread but stopped eatingthat one. Hopefully I'll find a decent one before I give up. It hasn't been that good all year. Read more
