Their snow cream is fabulous. Always quick and pleasant service.
I love that they have a drive tru makes it much easier when you have multiple kids.
Such a yummy and fun place to have a play date! Games on every table inside to play while you enjoy your snowball and also a... separate room that has a chalkboard wall and chalk where you are free to doodle and 3 claw machines to win prizes ( the duckclaw machine is SOO easy to win $0.50 a play and if you win you get to play again- a 10 year old with us won 3 ducks for all thegirls in our group ). This game room also has toddler friendly seating where the table and seats fit the needs of smallchildren. LOVE it here! I always get the best service- whether through the drive thru or inside. We love Pelicans! This was my first time at the Dallas location. It was 8:00 on a Friday night in the summer so I expected it... to be packed. I was pleasantly surprised that we were able to walk right up to to counter to order. The young man who waitedon us was very polite and helpful. I was paying with Pelican Tokens. They are in $1 increments and they aren't allowed togive cash back. My total was not an even $ amount. This young man offered one of the add-ons so I wouldn't lose the extra.50. That to me was superior Customer Service! Job well done! I chose an odd combination of flavors tonight but they did itwith ease and it was very yummy! And a great amount of flavor! Flavor could be a lil better I asked for 2 flavors only was able to taste one unlike the other locations I?ve been to. Had... mostly juice all the ice was gone ???? and it wasn?t filled all the way to the top it was in a reg cup... it was basically aslushie with tooo much juice Waisted my money Read more
