Well I?m not one to criticize. Today started off a great morning until I stopped by Brooks and Terry?s. I ordered a caramel... Macchiato and it came out colder than tap water and halfway down the cup I took a medium gulp and my mouth met a hair that cameoutta my coffee. I have been their a three times. The first two times was with the same employee who was gave off an attitude of she could... careless that I was there. The first time I figured maybe she was having a bad day. Then I figured you know its been a littlebit let's give this place a try again. Went again and was informed they were closing in ten minutes and are only doing iceddrinks. I said ok and placed an order. Was decent even left a tip. Have worked in costumer service. I realize it's annoying ifyou've already cleaned a blender and a costumer comes in and makes an order that requires it. But thats how it goes, you makethe drinks and reclean the equipment. Went there for a coffee, first off. Theyre coffee is extremely inconsistent. One day its great one day it tastes very meh, and... to charge 5$ for a medium. Insane! Also, with that being said the Illegally charge for debit card purchases ( 25 cents) thatthey dont even tell you about. Found out by looking at my statements, because guess what? They dont ever give you a receipt.Overall, Meh coffee for premium coffee prices. GO TO STARBUCKS IN SAFEWAY INSTEAD!!! Read more
Brooks and Terrys is a hit or miss for opening times, lately It is 3 min shy of 630am and they have already had 3 people drive... away since 6am My last bagel was not even toasted or warmed up ???? 631 am ?:.
