Food is good but if their going to close lobby due to short staff which I highly doubt since I walked up to the window they took... orders and served 5 customers who showed up minutes after me then when they were Done I was still ignored and this site doeswalk ups if doors are locked they do this every time ignor walk ups that are their first just because we don't have cars doesn'tmean we can't be served no difference from some one sitting to some one standing ridiculous not the first time either happensevery time this times i left because it's to cold to stand and wait and be ignored was looked at multiple times to Read more

Well did not double impossible whopper with cheese , no lettuce, heavy onion was so hard to make. No cheese no onion only 1... patty ?? Ok missed hey I paid for the double with cheese what got brought out was single regular whopper with cheese with regonion and with lettuce , wait more with burnt patty very burnt and extra heavy salt. So your mad because you messed up my orderthat I paid for so to make up for it you screw it up even more ???? I was in impressed the second go around but you salted myfood to the point I threw it out the window. Presented a code for a double whopper, and the code was processed as an order of large fries. Counter person couldn't correct... it saying only one code per day is allowed....which I found was a false statement according to the app itself which says a newcode generates in 29 minutes. The workers at the counter, However, have since proven to be helpful and extremely friendly. Read more

Our order has been incorrect the last three times we?ve gone. This is not an exaggeration and we don?t go too often. Maybe once... every couple months. How do you get orders wrong this often? We always check the screen to make sure it?s right so it?ssomething going on in the kitchen. Very frustrating to pay $20 for a couple fast food meals and have them be incorrect. I showed up right before closing time and they didn't act rushed or anything. The food was delicious, our order was correct,... they added in sauces that I forgot to ask for (it's like they could read my mind, lol). As I sat by the double doors waiting formy order to be brought out I noticed how nice the outside looked (beautiful flowers, green grass, nicely landscaped, AND CLEAN)! Read more

I used to hear horror stories about our local Burger King. I haven't found any to be true. At least not in my experience. I love... their vegetarian options as my wife is vegetarian. I'm still able to get myself a tasty burger and get her an Impossible burgerall in the same place. I do hope that none of the horror stories are warranted and that I continue to receive good food andquality service. I will continue to spend my money here. The addition of being able to purchase online using their app hasreally improved the experience as well. Keep up the great work! Read more
