Dallas is a small, blue collar town pretty much lacking any restaurants that leap off the page. Except when it comes to Masala... Bites. This is without question the best restaurant in Dallas. We used to live in Portland, and while there we often frequentedvarious Indian restaurants. The flavor in the dishes served at Masala Bites is on par with, and in some cases even better thanthe best Indian restaurants in the Portland metro area. Not kidding. We have only lived here a few months and have already eatenhere on several occasions, trying different dishes each time. We've never been disappointed- each dish is jam packed withdynamic flavor, and it's hard to stop eating them once you've started. The ambiance here leaves much to be desired, but hey, aren't the hole-in-the-wall places with incredible food pretty much always like that anyway? I'm willing to overlook a dullinterior to stuff my face with awesome Indian food any time. Read more

Tonights dinner to go was amazing as they have always been. Got home to see Togo's packaged properly with extra care, plastic... cling wrap to prevent spills. The several times my wife and I have eaten at the restaurant have been great with authenticpopular Indian music videos playing with very nice wait staff. Would highly recommend Read more

This place is incredible! The food is always delicious, fresh and reasonably priced. The portions are enough to have left overs... if you can stop yourself from eating it all, which is hard because it's amazing. My favorite is the chicken korma, the sauce isdivine. This is the best restaurant in Dallas and the surrounding areas including Salem. Definitely worth the drive if you don'tlive in Dallas. Read more

I would have masala bites for breakfast, lunch, and dinner every single day for the rest of my life if I could. I can't eat... Indian food anywhere else now because it just doesn't compare. Good portions, perfect for 2 meals. Read more

Taste wise, it definitely receives 5 stars. I’m Indian, and have grown up eating authentic Indian food, and was pleasantly... surprised at how yummy it was. The amount of food you get for the price you pay is where it loses a star for me. We orderedvarious chicken dishes and it was mostly curry with only 4 smallish pieces of chicken. However, they do give you a lot of rice.Overall, it was delicious, just wish the portion sizes were larger. Read more

What a hidden gem! This is hands down the best food I've had in a long time. The owner was happily able to work with my... allergies. The food was all cooked fresh and so so delicious. I had paneer pakara with two dipping sauces - the chickpea batterwas soft and flavorful and I am in love! I had a Navrata Korma, and I was blown away by the creamy texture and the complexspices. Everything is so healthy and delicious and the service is great. Read more

The food was amazing! If not the best Indian food I've ever had. The owners are from CA and they also have a restaurant in... Roseburg OR. The restaurant in Dallas as been open less than a year (June 2021) and is lacking atmosphere for sure but I'drather have great food than a great atmosphere and lousy food. ???? Read more

First time customers, and very impressed… the Chicken Korma, Lamb Madras, Paneer Pakora, Garlic Naan all were extremely... flavorful! The Mango, Sweet Lassi, and Gulab Jamun were delicious little sweet drinks/treats as well. Would definitelyrecommend others. Get out of you comfort zone and go try this place! Read more
