Went through drive thru. Asked for a sausage mcmuffin among other but on a hamburger bun for my daughter. They forgot to put it... in my bag so I go back. Then I get home and plate it for her and the top and bottom bun are burnt and they added a extra sliceof cheese to cover it up. This and 17 dollars later I am not happy! Read more
Every time I go to this location I am left at the speaker for 10-20 minutes without being helped. It?s like this location... doesn?t want business and does not care about its customers. I will happily be driving to Independence and West Salem from nowon. Horrible McDonalds. Horrible Staff and Horrible Service. Do not go here you will be disappointed Also. My brother, dad, and I decided to stop by McDonald's for a quick lunch because I was late for work and had to be in McMinnville... asap for work, but I didn't get a lunch break so I'd be hungry all evening if I didnt eat. We decided the drive through wouldtake too long so we decided to go in. We go in, order, pay and I order a frozen coke, because I've had it at other locations andI really like it. I was late for work, and the McDonald's was swamped and understaffed. Like, Drive through line out to the roadand there was about 4 or 5 people waiting in the restaurant, as well and 2 or 3 large door dash orders swamped. The frozen cokeand my brothers and dad's soda cups were given before the food, as is typical in fast food, but I took a drink of my frozen cokeand it had the texture of a milkshake and tasted like pure syrup. I hate conflict but I couldn't drink this, so I brought it up,the cashier for the in store customers grabbed a sample from the machine and agreed that there was something wrong with it.Since they were too busy for the managers to process a refund, she gave me a card for a free meal and a cup for a soda. I paid$2 for the frozen coke, and my compensation for that being gross was a free meal and a soda worth $1. I think this was a goodtrade, though the card for the free meal only works in Dallas, Albany, Yreka, and Weed, and I am not particularly close to anyof those places. Oh well, it's a free meal. This location does NOT participate in toddler toys/ toys for kids under 3. And that is unfortunate. This is the only location I... have come across that does not participate. They removed their playground equipment. There is a little climber in the lobby. Themanager is great. The staff like to tell you that your coupon deals do not include items that it specifically says areincluded. So make sure to gently insist on what you want. Read more
There was an employee here named Isaak and he was very rude threw fries at me and demanded I pay for the food I ordered even... though I?m his best friend Mitch Davin. He then started screaming about how I needed to stop buying cheesburgers to flush themdown the toilet. All I did was cause a little clog he needs to be fired. Overall haven't had many issues but I had my breakfast order messed up two times in a row, I called and they offered to fix it.... I turned around and went back and they corrected it except I ordered 2 bacon McGriddles no cheese and this time they left thecheese off but gave me sausage lol, it feels like there is a disconnect between the drive thru and the kitchen and I did notwant to have it fixed for a third time. Havent been to thrilled with the service lately, filled out a complaint about your staff leaving things out of the bag, im not... being a karen here but ive gone here 6 times and things have been left out of my bag, after the complaint i filed with the storethe very next time I go back they left out one of my sandwhiches from my bag. Honestly you complained for 15 and hour and makepeople wait in the parkinglot clear around the building and still get my order wrong. I am not the only one happened to 3 peopleplus me the other day.
