9 times out of 10 when I ask for light ice on my beverage it comes out completely full of ice. The sticker on the drink is... correct but the person making it does not pay attention. I repeatedly call and let the management know and nothing ever getsresolved. Sorry but I do not want to pay for ice. Read more
Always a pleasant experience here. Decent recommendations, friendly staff, it's nice to get that hometown feel in a Starbucks... again, it reminds me of the days when Starbucks employees still pulled the shots, not the espresso machine with a smartphonebrain. Drinks are always the way I order them, food comes out in a reasonable time, definitely a good Starbucks experience. Ifthere's one thing I would change, it's about all Starbucks, I feel like ordering older drinks that I have had is like a secretmenu now. I can't always remember what I want, Starbucks. This is *THE* best Starbucks. All the Starbucksies employees ought to be trained by these fine people. They have their systems... down. They are - by far - faster, more consistent, kinder, cuter, more handsome, and all the warm fuzzies all the time.
