I ordered from the Dallas Oregon Subway store using Subway app on my phone. Chose 4:30pm as a pickup time to allow some shopping... at the local Safeway before picking up sandwiches. I let the staff know I arrived early for my pickup so no big deal for me towait. One very rude and disrespectful staffer was saying very unflattering things about the previous customers before me, whileI was waiting. She then copped an attitude with me when she couldn't find my order under my last name. I had the app pulled upthat showed they were making the sandwiches in the progression tracker which also had the order number. By that time I was theonly person in the store and nobody was in drive-up either. Had I not already paid in the app, I would have left due to thiswoman's behavior. I didn't spend $50 to come to a place and get berated by a rude/disrespectful worker because of faults withtheir companies app interface or her lack of understanding how it functions. If I could give the Dallas Oregon Subway a negativescore I would....... I'll be driving over to the next town for Subway until she no longer works here if I buy Subway at allnow. I've read numerous similar accounts of rude treatment by 1 worker in particular at this Subway that fits her description onthe Dallas Community FB Page. Do better..... Read more
The lady in the drive through was very rude and charged us for three water bottles instead of three fountain waters. Then when... we asked for a refund for the charge of the water bottles and my wife tried to explain to her why she slammed the drive throughwindow on us. She then proceeded to refund us 1$ and some odd cents for three water bottles!!! My wife tried to explain to herthat what she did was rude and she said I have other customers idc. It's 7 pm on a Thursday. Hours posted on the door state they are open until 9:00, but it is locked up tight. There is no sign... posted explaining the closure. The girl(s) behind the counter saw me try to enter, but did not acknowledge me. I witnessedanother potential customer attempt to enter shortly after me. He also walked away, clearly confused. I get that things happenand at times businesses need to close outside of regular hours for one reason or another, but a sign explaining this would bewise. I have had several other less than pleasant experiences at this particular location, but this felt worthy of apost/review. Read more
Inflation must really be hitting Subways hard... I asked for black olives and other vegetables on my sandwich, I literally had... to ask for more, because she put 3 whole sliced olives , I asked for more, SHE PUT 3 MORE sliced olives !!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? MY HUSBAND WENT THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH, ORDERED EACH OF US A SANDWICH. MINE HAD 2 SLICES OF BELL... PEPPER, 3 VERY SMALL SLICES OF ONION AND MAYBE 2 TEASPOONS OF TUNA ON A FOOTLONG TUNA SANDWICH. WHEN I TRIED TO CALL NO ANSWER. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED SUBWAY!!!
