Good is always hot and quick in and out of the drive thru. My Taco Bell in Central Oregon is not open to the public and takes... over an hour in the drive thru to get your food! Love this place! Read more
Only reason I don't give this a one is because the morning shift is eons more productive and pleasant. This location has massive... leadership opportunity for its later shifts. Poor customer service, food quality, cleanliness, productivity, and overall workethic. Read more
Service is slow horrible and they make dine in customers wait for as long as a half hour because there so busy attending to the... drive through, they are very skimpy on all toppings to the tacos nachos and burritos. I constantly find hair in my food afterordering. This taco bell has done nothing but get worse and worse on the service since they built it. I stopped going therecompletely since 5 dollars barley gets ur stomach from growling all the 5 dollar boxes are skimpy and no one that works thereseems to know what a adult portion really is. Soft Review. This taco bell sometimes misses items but when they don't. The foods good. I've never had taco bell that's not poor... quality. But sometimes if your lucky you can get amazing tasting taco. This seems to be. the normal thing for taco bell andthere foods cheap and fast so I don't bug them. They gave me no ice. Just like I asked. The crunch rap was poorly rapped. (9/10) Hardcore Review. The service was slower then usual, Missing Sauce packets, Had the correct amount of tacos in the partypack. Food was poorly made. With large amounts of grease, so much that it was gushing out. All ingredients where just thrown inthere with not a second of thought. Customer service was Good enough. And tacos got out quick. We where Gavin, 20 Mild packets,1 hot packet and 4 diablo packets of hot sauce. It was not enough since we where mainly using the diablos. There where only 1car IN front and back. This was no where near packed for taco bell. The poor service was not because of large amounts of tacosbeing made. Ordering took 30 seconds and the person was polite. They asked us if all items on screen where the ones we ordered.We drove up too the window paid. And Sat there for an additional 3 minutes. Order three tacos, I got two and a half. The Dallas location consistently gets my order wrong.
I just sat in the drive through for over 5 minutes waiting for help. I kept saying hello and making noise trying to get... someone?s attention. When I pulled up to the window I saw at least 10 people standing around laughing and talking but very fewwere working. Numerous employees looked at me but none acknowledged me. So I called the establishment trying to get some help.What I was told is that they were trying to determine who would be taking orders and they would be with me shortly.
