Ordered and paid for my pizza at 5:52pm. St the time of the order there was no other customers inthe store. I was told it would... take 25 minutes. During my wait 3 groups of people came in, ordered pizza and received their orders before me. 50 minutes laterI received my order. When I brought it up the response was "REALLY?" I have been a resident of Dallas Oregon for slightly morethan a year. I will NOT be going back there. Read more

This is kind of long because I?m really, Really disappointed in the terrible customer service ordeal I just experienced with... this place. The pizza itself is decent. Nothing special. Crust is nice. I picked up my pizza and once I got home realized theyleft the pepperoni off. The receipt on the box has pepperoni as the first topping so that?s just a real lack of attention todetail. I don?t know how you make that mistake but I called and let them know and the girl offered ?a refund or they couldremake it?. I said I?ll take the refund. She does her thing then at the very end says she processed it and the refund for thetopping of $2.50 is all set. Lol, seriously? If that?s what she meant all along the least she could have done is be upfront andhonest about it. That was just straight up misleading. We tried to keep eating it but it tasted awful so I called back andasked if I could get it remade instead and pay for the topping again. The manager, Gavin, said no problem they?d make it andhung up without giving me a time estimate or saying anything further. I waited a half hour and went back with the $2.50 and herecomes Gavin saying they can?t give me my pizza without the old one. He didn?t tell me that, he just hung up on me. I said no onementioned that, can I come back with it in a few minutes so my kids can at least eat? He tells me he called me back and left amessage. He didn?t call me back, he called a different number. I have hungry kids at home who have been waiting 90 minutes atthis point and this guy is acting like his hands are tied making me drive back a THIRD time because of his employees mistake andthen his own mistake when any decent manager would have tried to not make the experience even worse for their customer. Thewhole experience made me feel like they couldn?t care less about keeping customers. Oh yeah, and the second pizza didn?t evenhave the extra sauce this time. 0/5. A complete waste of $30. I was in the jury selection process at the courthouse around the corner. I didn't know anything about this place when I found... it. Growing up in West Salem, the pizza place to be was always Walery's, but sometime in the 2010's era, the quality dropped. Ifeel like this place is where it went. The pizza brought me back 15 years to something so delicious. I will be going here againand have already recommended the place to others. Read more

Great place for family get together's! Pizza is good, they have ice-cream as well and if you want you can catch a game on one of... their TV's. Great employees and is a locally owned and operated family business that is involved with the community. Greatpeople! Read more

Called pizza order from salem,heard pizza was good asked for a giant ???? pizza half pepperoni half Canadian bacon ???? and... extra sauce. So I drove down from salem in traffic got ???? drove ???? the pizza was burned in spots and just no way did thatpizza have extra sauce because it was dry we pulled some top off and could hardly see sauce at all we thought the pepperoni andCanadian ???? bacon was skimpy considering we paid almost 36.00 for it. I eat lunch here regularly but I am now wondering if it is a reliable option. I got a lunch pizza and half order of spuds today... and regret it. The pizza was borderline burnt and the spuds were swimming in a tablespoon of brown grease. I wish I could saythis was the first time they have burnt my pizza but it is the first time I have had spuds look like this. The only reason I amgiving two stars is because 90% of the time I really like their pizza. This was one of the days I did not enjoy mylunch. Update: The owner contacted me immediately to thank me for my feedback and compensate me with a future lunch. Because ofthis excellent customer service, I have increased my review to three stars and will increase it again in the near future after Ican confirm the issues have been fixed. One of my new favorite pizza places. The crust is crispy and not too thick. Depending on your preferance, I would recommend... asking for additionsl sauce, as the finished pizza has barely enough to taste. Employees are friendly. They evan have a few oldschool arcade games, free to use while you wait for the pizza. Read more
