Always good food at Wendy's. Did dine in and the decor in this restaurant is great, several round tables with chairs as well as... a beautiful fireplace (not real, but real looking). Also enjoy the free style soda machines, mix flavors in your soda. Servicewas good and the staff friendly. Used mobile ordering to get a discount on my burger. Like any other fastfood franchise, food is good and well prepared. Sometimes they might do your order right but missing some... elements that you added such as extra cheese or ordering a lemonade instead of an iced tea. Other than that they they do prettygood. I suppose most mistakes happen at this franchise because of the new hires. Read more
I hate to admit I hit the fast food places more than I should, but when it comes to customer service and getting the order... right, Wendy's has all of the others beat! The place that closes at 8pm is the worst! They could care less what you orderedbecause you're at a drive-thru and less likely to stand in front of a window with a return. The famous donut shop should beclosed due to the high volume of traffic it is causing on a major highway. Just think how much these companies are saving bynot having the doors open. They save on employee salaries, taxes, trash, indoor plumbing costs, returned incorrect orders,cleaning products for the lobbies, employees to maintain the lobbies, and so much more. They are saving big bucks on our dime.It's time for places to open up fully or don't do business with them!! Gas prices are too high for us to be waiting with 10cars ahead of us! Read more
