We only went through drive through, and waited in front of restaurant, we're approached by several homeless asking for cash or... if I'd buy them food. Will not be going back. Our fries were overcooked. But can't find Diet Root beer by the fountain too manyplaces. Read more
Went to the drive through, and ask afar comes on the burger, and the lady says "papa sauce and vegetables" I ask "what is... papa sauce" She says "I don't know" So i ask if she's serious and she says yes, she doesn't know. I just left then. Totally useless. Can't even imagine how bad the food is, if that's how the staff is. Read more
This particular A&W serves a Long John's Silver also & I love Long John's.
Made me wait 5 min for my order then gives it to someone else after its done, instead of making me a new order they gave me... the the order like it was fine wouldn't issue a refund or make me new order smfh never coming back corporate should give me aDamm refund... Used to be more fun, better quality, but the root beer is still the best in a frozen mug!

I will say that I may have found a new fast food place to visit from time to time. In the past I've always over looked this... place simply because it's not one of the main burger places a lot of people are aware of. This was my experience: *Place* Has adiner look to it. Looked clean. I didn't go into the bathroom, so I'm not sure about that. *Patrons* The people who visit hereseem like nice people, but the way they speak can come off as rude. However, being familiar with this environment I knew peoplewere just wanting to get everything they wanted, which is understandable. *Food* I had the AW1 combo with an upgrade to theRoot beer shake and a side of cheese curds. Everything tasted good! The cheese curds are a lot (about 8oz of cheese) for theregular size. The float was really good and had a slight caramel flavor to it. Burger was made to order. I didn't finish all myfood, it was a lot lol *Employees* The person who I assume to be the manager (a heavyset lady) took my order. She was nice andexplain what the cheese curds were, which made me want to try them. However it seems that the younger associates were lackingtraining. She had to direct one young man to mop up the floor from a spilt drink; to another young lady in the cooking area shementions some things, and to the girl with braids not to say certain things out loud. Chicken was dry and had no flavor. French fries were the saving grace.
