I thought this was going to be such a cool concept. Too bad I arrived to be told ?someone else must?ve grabbed your food. Sorry?... and not offered any solution. They told me to call customer service ???? what a stupid customer service model for something thatcould be so cool. I was offered no refund. No remaking of the food. We ordered @China Town through Door Dash and we had my brother-in-law pick up the food because we had the notification that it... was ready for pick up and they said that their system was down and they didn?t make the food, but we got the notificationanyways so that made absolutely no sense. Some little dusty girl that works up there called my sister a liar because they saidthat they didn?t start on the food so we wouldn?t be able to get the notification that it was ready for pick up. After beingshown the ?screenshot,? their attitude change. They told use to cancel the order but with DoorDash, after they start on a order,you don?t get refunded. (Which again, is ironic.) I was in here for an UberEATS delivery and it took way to long. I think they need twice the kitchen and twice the workers... because there was a lot of unfulfilled orders on their screen. Read more
