Those WITCHES ARE ALWAYS RUDE!!! There is another location in C terminal so if you have the time go there. The ones at D... terminal are rude and get angry when you can?t understand them. I travel through DFW a lot and I work there as well and everysingle time I have tried to go, I remember why I don?t give them my business when I travel with my family. They need to befired. Every single one of them. I?m not the only one that gets treated like this either. DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS PLACE!They are extremely unprofessional and again rude!!! They bake way too many pretzels and I know they either take them home orsell them in the morning as fresh. No more flights going out tonight yet they have 20 cups of snacks in the window and can?tmake a cinnamon pretzel even though they close at 9:30 and it is 8:45. Trash people. They whipped up an almond pretzel for me within 10 minutes when they were out of them (instead of just straight up telling me... they were out without offering a solution). They also had caramel dip. After visiting 4 other Auntie Anne?s in a row over thecourse of a month, this is finally the only location that were able to provide me my favorite Almond + caramel combo. Thepretzel dog was also bomb, as always. They had several employees working hard and respectfully/quietly and were pretty wellstocked with all the various offerings! :) Read more

When asking for pretzel bites, Emebet T hands me ones that were touching pepperoni and when my fiancée asked for a different... one, as She is vegetarian. She says to her I only want a new one because it is fresh, We did not see that it was fresh only thatit was touching pepperoni. We eat here all over the US and this was the worst customer service, I have ever witnessed! If itweren?t for my son wanting pretzels so bad, I would not have spend money with such ignorance! Pretzel bites tasted good, but the cheese dip didn?t look too fresh. There wasn?t a large selection of items fresh in the... display. They were in the process of making more, but didn?t appear that they were keeping it stocked. Read more
I had such a dissatisfying experience here recently. We went here about half an hour before they closed and asked for a pretzel.... They told us that they only had pretzel bites and wouldn?t make us a pretzel because they were closing soon. We were a littleupset about that but got over it and went with the pretzel bites. We then found out that the pretzel bites were more expensivethan the pretzel we wanted. The cashier told us she would not change the price to be what we would?ve paid for what we actuallyasked for. After dealing with this terrible customer service, we sat down to eat our pretzel bites only to find it they werestale and cold. SO disappointed with this awful experience. Do not go here! Read more
I grab a pretzel every time I'm in this terminal. Employees could be more polite and they are usually too busy speaking Spanish... to each other to realize they have a customer. The only reason I return is because my pretzels have always been good/hot and thelocation is always convenient during my short layovers. Read more
