TLDR: THIS RESTAURANT IS AMAZING AND YOU SHOULD VISIT ASAP! Where do I begin? The service, atmosphere, drinks and food were all... absolutely amazing! I wish that I had better photos to share, but it was so delicious I dove into it before even thinking tosnap a review worthy photo. We enjoyed the assorted deviled eggs for an appetizer, split the Caesar salad as it was huge, thenmoved on to the Street corn ravioli and prime ribeye. We also added on the crispy Brussels and Yukon Gold Puree. Sadly we had noroom for dessert, and we were tempted and plan to go back. This was the perfect date night location! While the Sonora Showdownis their most popular drink and is a very good spin on a margarita, If you like a tiny bit of spice, definitely go for thePepper Smash!! one of the best dinners I've had in the Dallas area! We went on Valentine's Day so it was a bit busy but overall it was a... wonderful time. We got there early and got a drink at the bar - the Cococabana and Old Fashioned. You can either be sat in themain dining area or in the backroom (which I preferred). It was less noisy and more of a cozy feel. Our waiter was amazing andknowledgeable about pairings and suggestions on the menu. They had a special Valentine's Day menu prepared with chef/restaurantspecial selections. We started with the assorted deviled eggs which came with blue crab, candied bacon, crispy country ham,pickled okra, pickled shrimp, and smoked paprika. For my meal, I got the Wagyu Steak Au Poivre - 8 oz. peppercorn crustedrosewood ranch platinum flat iron, broccoli rabe, au Poivre. Probably one of the best steaks I've ever had. Additionally, we gota side of the cast-iron cornbread - it was a little dry so I probably wouldn't order it again but overall pretty tasty! My onlycomplaint is that our waiter went missing for 30 minutes (conveniently when we needed to get the check) which was annoyingbecause we were heading to a concert afterward and were already late. My wife and I went on a suggestion from a few friends and this quickly became one of our favorite dining experiences. This... place has some amazing decor and it reminds me of a saloon. We ordered the deviled eggs, shrimp ceviche, pork chop, Brusselssprouts, fresh catch, and the banana pudding. All of the dishes were great and we enjoyed it. The cocktails were also deliciousand we loved the gimlet and three star general. The service was quick and attentive, the food was delicious, and it made for amemorable night. Went to celebrate a friends birthday. Everyone's food and cocktails were delicious and came out at the same time. (There was 8... of us) Waiter was attentive and kind. We were able to enjoy the DFW restaurant week menu, but the regular menu looked good too. Read more

Went here for dinner before a show. The atmosphere is nice. Service was great. They had a nice selection of cocktails. The... cornbread and caesar salads are winners. I very much enjoyed the assorted deviled eggs. They were all good. I ordered theJägerschnitzel and my companion ordered the Butchter's Steak Frites. While both looked good, honsetly the Schnitzel andspätzle were a bit disappointing and I ended up picking more off my companion's plate than mine. Both the steak and the frieswere spot on though, so overall it was good, I just cannot recommend the Jägerschnitzel. Read more
Great fun place to visit. Billy Can Can has a great atmosphere and offers good food. The restaurant is large and can feel busy... at times. We came here on our date night and had fun, seems like a really good place to hang out with friends as well. Food wasreally goof but heavy. We probably ordered one dish far too many.
