Came to Blue sushi to celebrate a friend’s birthday. Our server’s name is Omar, he was friendly, prompt and detail oriented.... The drinks were refreshing and they had a wide variety of cocktails. Sushi tasted excellent. My wife and I got a lettuce wrapappetizer that was off the wall amazing! Read more

Great atmosphere and helpful staff. Highly recommend getting some of their specialty menu items to share as appetizers. Also a... good spot if you have vegetarian friends. The fish quality is pretty good, however I do think the rolls could have a little bitmore fish on them. Cocktails were delicious, their miso soup hit the spot. Spent about 30 per person for some sushi, rolls, anddrinks. We will definitely be back. Read more

We loved our visit! Our server Xane took excellent care of us and the food was wonderful. Sunday is all day happy hour, too! All... the rolls were great, but our absolute favorite was the black tuna sashimi. Great meal! Read more

My friend and I were finishing up a project and in need of a drink so stopped by Blue Sushi Sake Grill. We got there during... happy hour and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Let me start out with the decor! It was colorful and vibrant and really fun stuffto look at all of the fun everywhere. Walking into the restaurant the bar is straight ahead and they had a lit mural wall withGodzilla that was pretty fun. In the dining room they had a acrylic piece that was backlit, it had cool geometric shapes, really gives a bold impact to the dining room. It was pretty cool, but sitting there admiring it I noticed a bunch of handprintsall over it? Maybe someone should give it a good wipe down. It was a pretty steamy day to sitting outside was definitely not anoption but they did have nice seating options on the patio as well. We ordered cold sake that the waitress suggested, it wasreally delicious and smooth and went down too quickly. We started with charred edamame which had an amazing flavor! It was spicyand packed with deliciousness. We also got the lettuce wraps that was served with bib lettuce, noodles, chicken, carrots, andcucumbers. It was accompanied with a delicious sauce. So good! I'm not a huge fan of sushi but my friend tried me on twodifferent items. Unfortunately, I don't recall the name of them, but the one that was fried was actually pretty good. Ourserver was friendly and had great follow-up. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. ???? Read more

Been to this spot twice and they do a pretty good job. The first time hit the best tbh. Sushi has been good both times tho;... drinks as well. The first time was best bc the apps were ????????. The second time we keep getting apps that were overcooked butit could have just been an off night… it happens. I would definitely recommend this spot tho. The waiter on the first goaround were good and it was busy. The second time our waiter was kind of non existent and it wasn’t busy but it still was anoverall good experience. I’ll definitely be back! I had been wanting to try out a vegan sushi place and finally found a gem in Dallas. First of all, lovely location in Preston... Hollow. There's a big parking lot so no issues on that front. Coming to the restaurant, spacious restaurant and wasn't thatcrowded on a Sunday afternoon (walk in), also they have an all day happy hours on Sunday( don't forget to check the menu, slightly different pricing). Small plates : Edamame (really goood) Vegan sushi : From their vegan menu, I tried their cowgirl,Eden roll, vegan South Pacific and green goddess. All of them were really good especially their South Pacific - it had bbqeggplant tempura which gave a nice crunch to the sushi. On the seafood side, tried their spicy salmon, roja , Snow White. Mypersonal favorite was their roja. Best part about the restaurant is their detailed and well defined menu. Every item has adescription as to where the fish is from - Alaskan etc so I found that really useful. I loved the overall experience, servicewas a little slow but no complaints. Also sign up to get a 10$off on 20. Coming in again to try other vegan sushi's. Read more
