I really want to support my neighborhood. I've lived in this neighborhood for over 20 years but lately, like everything after... the pandemic, customer service is lacking. There are inexperienced young people with no training. They can't even make a simplefruit and yogurt parfait, the prafait has bananas, strawberries and nuts! That's it, yogurt, banana, strawberries and nuts andthey can never ever get it right! Today I went and got the same thing I get all the time. I buy 2 or 3 of these at a time andtoday I got no bananas and no strawberries, what the heck!?! I think you need to go and get some training from Chick-fil-A!?! Read more
On the evening of 10/3 was the worst. This young worker gets an attitude, because we asked for two tops to cover our cups of... ice cream. Then, she gets an attitude because we wanted a larger bag. They're hiring people who don't want to work. I hate thefact that her boss was standing in the background and never stepped up one time to monitor her behavior. Although the staff size is lacking, those who arrive are quite pleasant and I am happy to park and enter the store to complete... my breakfast order. Ice cream is ice cream. Yet ice cream, when you get it at certain places it no longer becomes ice cream it becomes an... experience. Unfortunately for me this experience did not go so well at this brunch. My service was extremely slow. It tooksomewhere close to 20 minutes to cook two Junior Burger kids meals. It also took somewhere around 20 minutes to receive icecream. The line was not so long yet being a African American individual in a predominantly Caucasian area. I was Disturbed whena Caucasians individuals order was being taken and that individual was somewhere close to the end of the line. Granted I been coming here for over 15 years and today I wish I hadn't wasted my time or my lunch break. A single experience can... change your mind about the Whole establishment. I'll just take my business somewhere else. At lunch today decided to get someice cream THE WORSE INSIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER EXPERIENCED I don't know why I even went in to order they have two linesONE'S FOR HOT FOOD AND ONE'S FOR ICE CREAM for over 15 minutes No one And I mean no one offered assistance in the ice creamline at The Ice Cream Shop they only assisted in hot meals I waited until they guy at the register was finished with his Allcustomer and his line was empty when I walk over to him he ask how can he help when I stated I wanted a two scoop Sunday heProceeded in saying he was busy and walked away Granted I waited to be service even after people came in behind me and got theirhot meals ordered, when I ask for a manager he laugh and begin wiping the counters.
