Great atmosphere! Servers were jewels! The lasagna was superb, but the fettuccine Alfredo was dry. So disappointing Overall we... celebrated my granddaughters 15th birthday and had a good time with her and family. We spent about $400 for 8 of us. We would give this establishment 0 stars if that was an option, however it's not. One word sums it up....YUCK!!!This is by far... the worst spaghetti with meatballs we have ever had! Not only where the meatballs dry, you all failed to include all 3 meatballsin our order. The description says feeds 3...which is false advertisement. 90% of this entree was dried up sticky stail noodles.The salad had a sprinkle of toppings and the dressing was extremely oily and salty. I booked a 42-person dining experience with Buca Di Beppo via Andy the Operations Manager. The ease of booking is something to... speak highly of. Andy was quick to respond to my inquiry and quickly replied to my emails. Another highlight was that I was ableto book our event without putting down a deposit. I simply had to confirm the guest count 2 days before the event! Evening ofthe event: Our reservation was for 7:30 so everyone arrived between 7-7:15, and we were escorted to our section around 7:25. Twonames I recall: Gallo & Priscilla! Gallo was our manager and facilitator for the evening and Priscilla was one of our mainwaitresses. There were two other associates whom names I didn’t get but they were more so handling the kitchen/prep/plating ofour meals. Gallo and the three others took great care of us. Food: The portions are served family style & we ordered theGLORIOSO package which is 5 courses. Everyone was full and satisfied by the end of the evening. We were pleasantly surprisedwhen Priscilla began to hand out to-go containers and bags. Overall, I have no complaints. The ambiance is amazing. Not busy at all so didn't have to wait. Ordered Brachetta an it was fancy, but not filed with... flavor. The spaghetti I ordered was ok, I love thick flavourful sauce and this was not. It's definitely a place to go for thevibe, not so much the food. It wasn't horrible, but it wasn't great. OMG! So yummy! Went for pre-Easter dinner and had a Feast! So much left over that I won't need to cook anything for a week!... Everything was delicious, especially the salmon pesto! Our server was amazing and so courteous. Super relaxing and just what weneeded this evening. Read more

Went during lunch time (1pm) Jan 6, 2022 and waited about 10 mins to be seated. Host (short lady was rude) our server Collin was... friendly and didn't have the answers to my questions right away but was prompt in getting an answer and following up. I askedabout the daily deals (entree, salad, bread for $33 - that day was chicken or eggplant parm and if we could get that option butit's take out only (bummer). My boyfriend got the chicken parm lunch special and the noodles were over cooked and chicken parmpatty was burnt on the bottom. I got the Mona Lisa panini. Sangria margarita was the best thing there. Came for my birthday with family and had an enjoyable night. The portions seem big, but follow their recommendation when it... comes to ordering. We ordered the delicious fried mozzarella ($19 for 8 triangles), the chicken parm ($30 for 3 pieces) and thesmall spaghetti marinara ($23). It was 3 of us and the small fried mozzarella was not enough for us, but that would be becausethey are so delicious, so I would get a large on appetizers. There was a lot of the spaghetti left over and just the rightamount for 3 for the chicken parmesan. It could be because we love to eat but I was the only one to have any leftovers andthat's just because I wanted to save room for the humongous brownie Sundae. They do give you a birthday surprise if you are ontheir mailing list and sing a version of the happy birthday song.
