Third bad experience with this location and will never go here again! Went through drive thru ordered, total $24 and change.... Asked to pull to the 2nd window, went to pay she said the order was $27 and change. Gave me my order and I asked for a receiptand she said "ohh we're out of printer paper". So I get home cheked my account and it was $26 and change... I feel as ifsomething funny is going on here. Fries were not even warm and top that bs off my Sprite was just a cup of carbonated water. I placed a order at 11p.m it took about 15 mins to get there. WHEN I ARRIVED waited a few mins at the Intercom. No ones come one... pull up to the window 11:25 and the people tell me they are closed.. how are you closed but your sign say 12.a.m Why is it thatyou couldn't issue me a refund since I showed you that on your website it say 12a.m. I placed the order at 11:00... Don't even know where to start. First drive thru lane was so slow, but i ok to start my drink i asked for a Coke and got a diet... coke then i asked for a orginnal chicken sandwhich and got a Ch'King delux so i said ok any one can make a mistake. The customer service was sorry. The cashier which was the manager was so unprofessional,unfriendly and not helpful at all. She... was rude and had an attitude. The way she spoke to her co workers was disgusting. The floor was sticky and filthy. The placejust needs a new manager, better energy and some cleaning. Read more
So I was here getting food for me and my children. You can see at the back where the cook station and prep station, everything... is dirty. They have me chicken nuggets that looked like the reused them from last week. I asked for the number as you can notuse the receipt. The manager just tried to get me out the store and said go to this website. I said I can not go to the websitebecause your receipt is not printed correctly. She finally gave me the district managers number. That took to long to satisfy acustomer and the facility was filthy. Read more
I pulled up to the driver thru after work and the guy tells me over the speaker that they were closed. It was 10:52pm. I said,... "Yall closed already?" He said, "Yes." The store wasn't scheduled to closed until 12midnight. I saw some guy still wearing theheadset stocking cups just before I drove up to the drive thru to place my order. This is unacceptable.
