My impossible whopper was pretty good and fresh. A little to much ketchup other than that it was bomb ????
I used to enjoy getting food from here, but it has really gone down-hill in the past few years. Got some burger meals and... cheese sticks today. The buns were dry and stale, the mozzarella sticks tasted freezer burned, never got any ketchup for thefries, and the marinara sauce was very old and tasted rotten, plus the ice cream/milkshake machine NEVER works. My food was old .... Nothing was fresh . I ordered Chicken fingers combo meal, 8 nuggets and bacon Whopper. In I tell you... nothing was fresh. Everybody was just standing around. Even the manager . I'll keep going to the one in Lewisville... For betterservice.... Read more
This Burger King is very low quality. I?ve been there at night between 7 and 9 pm twice and they let me place my order and then... when I get to the window they say cash only. I called them out for scamming, but they say their system is down. Do not go tothis Burger King if you?re craving it because you will be very disappointed. I?ve gone there in the morning and my food came outso fast and it was cold. Poor poor quality. We need to get our food first and then pay after. These fast food chains are notonly robbing people but they are also killing us with poor food quality and service and antibiotics. Read more
I got a hamburger, fries and chicken nuggets from this Burger King on Saturday. June 25, 2022. Within 6 hours of eating the... hamburger and frie, I began experiencing stomach cramps, diarrha and vomiting. Got very sick for 5 days. Only meal I atebefore getting sick. I still have the chicken nuggets and some fries if any agency cares to test it. It seemed like foodpoisioning. Alerted Dallas Police Department and several local hospitals. I was wanting to order the spicy hand battered chicken sandwich (combo) with no bun & only lettuce. The lady was sooo... confused, then she said they had no way to do that. So I told her to go ahead & just put it on a bun plain. My husbandordered the whopper combo. We both got Onion rings instead of fries. We got to the window & was charged almost $19. Thenasked to pull up & wait. We waited only for a short bit & our bag was brought to us. I got my chicken sandwich in a "foilline bag". I don't know why I couldn't have just got my chicken in this bag with bun but ok, I threw out my bun for the birds. I tasted the chicken & it was NOT spicy. I went inside to ask for our receipt & if this was the spicy chicken. The same ladyproceeded to tell me, that I ordered it plain. Hello!!! Spicy chicken plain is what I ordered. Then I was told she couldn'tgive me a receipt. I told her she should try from another printer but she said that she couldn't. I literally handed my plainchicken to another lady because she told me she couldn't just give me some of the "spicy sauce" in a lil tub or something. Iget my sandwich back only to have some type of red wet sauce with "spicy salt" or something on 1 side of my chicken. AlthoughI must say the chicken itself (not the "spicy souce") was pretty good. Against my better judgment I chose to purchase a burger here today. I was in a hurry and needed something fast. I take full... responsibility for my bad decision. I knew the burger would be a piece of garbage. I knew it would taste terrible. I knew itwould be cold. I knew it would be utterly unsatisfying. My fault! I will never make this mistake again! Mariom took order could not understand her reply through speaker if impossible burger had lettuce on it when asking about it at... the window she started pointing her finger at me and loudly saying I already told you what was on it. I told her I could notunderstand what she was saying through the speaker and she continued to get ruder and ruder cussing and calling me all sorts ofnames. So much drama it would be to long to put in this review. I stayed at the drive through window waiting for a manager toaddress the situation, whom never was available. I was wanting to have lettuce added to the burger and mustard on both of thebuns which never did happen. I was able to get extra mustard in a package and was pretty much told I should have added lettuceat the beginning and it was 50 cents extra for lettuce for each burger total $1.00. Also, was wanting a receipt which I did notreceive or possibly fell outside the window. Paying for lettuce was not an issue for me only for her having to add it to myorder. I never want to see anyone loose a much needed job but this person needs to be retrained and kept out of dealing withthe public.
