7:20p I ask for the new crispy sandwich that had the marinara sauce on it. My meal was a small size. I got a large cup and a... crispy sandwich without the sauce. The elderly Italian man hands me marinara sauce and says put it on there. You got what youordered. He tells me to hurry up and get out of the lane within 30 seconds of me checking my food. He said go over there, yourblocking traffic. I stated I'm checking my food. Can you hand me my receipt. He goes its gone. I can't get it back. I asked ifhe can ask the younger gentleman that was standing next to him if he can. He calls the other guy over, and says get her out ofhere, she's been here for 5 minutes blocking traffic. They both say take a picture from your phone. I say ok, and I wasn't herefor 5 minutes. I proceed to pull off, and the elderly Italian man says get out of here. Read more

The manager woman said that I was charged for two meals and not the special because ?.. she didn?t really give a reason. Just... got ripped off by this Burger King. It was supposed to be $5.99 each. Not $22.06. We are the only white people? maybe that?sthe reason. Read more

I used discount coupons that they sent vía mail however the hamburger they give in exchange for the coupon is so tiny. It... doesn't worth to use their coupons. They ran out of paper to print out the receipt and no one did anything to fix it... therewas just a guy yelling at the other associates "are you looking for paper!? We ran out of paper, there is no paper!". Shouldn'tit be free if they don't give you your receipt? Read more

Wasn?t really the best burger king I?ve been to. Patties were quite rough, burger tasted dry, couldn?t even finish it. They... messed up with the drink and somehow a regular whopper meal with just water ended up costing $14. Read more

One of the worst customer service I have ever had! Miss Laura, if you are not in the mood to work..it is not my problem. Stay... home! I ordered food, wanted to pay with a gift card. She kept saying its not working and go inside to try it. I mentioned thatI used it yesterday and has more than enough but she was rude and insisted on us coming inside. We needed to go to anotherdestination and asked her to try another cashier.. She efused, closed the window on us . She took good 15 mins of our time. Wereturned our drinks and left unhappy. Other workers saw what happened and did not do anything or offer to help. I know for surethat I won't visit this location again. Read more

I did the drive thru at approximately 9:34 am Sunday, February 28th at your store located at 2441 Walnut Hill Ln, Dallas, TX... 75229. They were not busy at all, I was the only person in line and since the doors were locked I am confident that they werenot busy in the dining area. The male employee seemed rushed and was rude. I received 2 burnt items: sausage, egg & cheesecroissant and a plain biscuit. I immediately turned around to go back to the thru since the doors were locked and no one wouldacknowledge my existence. I have pictures to prove my very burnt items. This is my 3rd time to contact you, with no response. I am happy to go on social media with my evidence. Read more
