I come from NY and delivery all the food to BK and BK was my favorite burger but this place is the worse I ordered a beacon and... cheese croissant. Celesta messed up the order but she allowed me to redeem a free meal for the mistake the whole crew is very nice and friendly... and they were very honest the gentleman got me some ice when it's when the ice machine inside didn't work. They had sometechnical issues and they were very honest and straightforward and they handled the problem very professionally overall thewhole experience was very pleasant and they were very apologetic for the whole situation Definitely had a very worthy experiencehere The whole crew is new and they did try their best to do their service and it turned out very well on their 1st few days onthe job. Horrible. When in line at the drive thru I witnessed the cook walk out the backdoor carrying his shoes. He went to his car to... light up. Ten minutes later I'm still in line . no cars have been serviced because there is no cook. He walks back in thebackdoor still carrying his shoes. Every car in front of me left. So did I. Read more
The restaurant isn't kept up with. The drink area is disgusting. The cashier was lazy and had a bad attitude. She didn't give us... our cups for drinks and when the food was ready she placed it on the counter without informing us that is was ready. She thengot in her phone and faced her back to us. All right first time I gave a rating I just gave him four stars typical Burger King well I've been back twice since then and... I've had two bad experiences. We're going to drop them down to two stars I have one more bad experience we'll give them onestar. Good customer service but the hamburgers are just sloppy and awful. The lettuce that they used looked like it was from the... trash. If it was free, I would understand. I'm paying money for decent food. Read more
