To the bald manager of this location, you should not be working here with your attitude. We showed up at the counter right... around 9pm, only for the manager to turn us away, citing ?no more availability.? Fine, that?s understandable enough. However, when you pick and choose which customers you turn away, it becomes a completely different story. When I saw that people whoshowed up after us were allowed to order, I confronted the manager. He snidely told me that the only choices he had for me wereWhataburger and Campisis next door. But to the other families that came behind me, he had no problem letting them order. I hateto bring race into this, but given two Hispanic families and one black family were turned away while two Caucasian families wereallowed to order, it leaves a disgustingly sour taste in one?s mouth. I hope you guys can do better in the future. Read more

Extremely poor customer service at this location. I'm passing through about to board a flight. I go to the register to place my... order for waffle fries only and swipe my card. The card was declined. The young lady said hmmmm can you try again? I swipeagain...declined once again. She tells me "Your card is declined. There may be no money on the card. You can go to the nextregister and pay cash." Now mind you, I'm retired from not one but two professional careers... it's safe to say there is morethan enough on the card!! I'm humiliated because this was not a discreet conversation. I didn't have time to entertain theshenanigans because I'm needing to board a flight! The same thing happens to a white customer directly behind me (failed tomention I'm black and proud of it). She was told by the same cashier "I'm sorry your card was declined. This happened to thecustomer before you...it must be our card machine. Here... let's go to a different register and try." Well guess what?? Her cardworked and she was apologized to!! Well kiss my grits!! Ummm excuse me cashier Karen...tell her she has no money on the cardlike you told me!! Again no time for the theatrics because I could have easily took it there. No more CFA for me!! My pleasure!! Read more

This is the slowest Chik-fil-A. At the airport, where people are trying to catch flights, the sense of urgency and expediency is... nonexistent. I don?t recommend wasting your time. The food is delicious, but the service is atrocious. I would give it zerostars if I could. Read more

Most inefficient Chick fil a ever. Food was ok for an airport chick fil a. But the staff is slower than snails. The line is... always long at this location and I figured it be quicker considering it?s chick fil a and an airport. But shame on me forassuming. It took a very long time. Staff was polite, but they only had one register open and much of the staff was lallygaggingwith no sense of urgency whatsoever. Not the Chick-fil-A I?m used to. If you have less than 1 he at the airport, don?t wasteyour time on this not so quick bite. Read more

It's the same Chick-fil-A that you know and love but ruined by an airport franchisee. Yes the food is the same and still tastes... good but here's what you get with it: -Increased prices, more expensive -Long long long lines -no rewards, can't earn or redeempoints -limited menu items -cranky customer service So, yes, the same good food, but disappointing that there's no rewards andworse customer service. Don't give me that it's in an airport so it's different, Starbucks seems to be able to figure out thatyou can still deliver good customer service, same quality product and yes even use and redeem rewards in the airport. So it?s Chick-fil-A and you have a certain standard to meet. As far as the food goes, everything is as expected. As far as the... customer service, very poor. Didn?t hear a single ?my pleasure? during the visit. I understand it?s in an airport and subjectto wide swings in busyness depending on arriving flights, but waiting more than 45 minutes for the opportunity to purchase foodis too long. There was an open register and therefore an opportunity to staff for the rush. The menu is limited in this airportlocation, but standard popular menu items are available. Read more

Folks, what do you expect from an airport Chick-fil-A??? The line was long, staff was friendly and courteous. It took longer... than usual but I just lowered my expectations and it was fine. Read more
