This location has disappointed me time and time again. I was thinking that it was just coincidence for the order to be wrong and... I found the reason why the things are like the way they are. The staff are very slow and so are the people with the orders.There should be new replacements all around from the cashiers especially the old lady that seems to have early signs ofdementia. It is very excruciating to wait on her to find a button to input. Clearly she wasn't cut out to modern time work. Howin the world are they going to give me a wrong order and that is clearly the opposite. They really want to test you and provokeyou. It's sad that I had high expectations for chickfila and this location will be a prime example of causing the company'simage to be smeared by both the management and employees. Suggestion is to start from new management and replace each of them. Read more
Cashier Sandra's was very nice , as was the Manager I spoke to. Burger King next door was closed. I had to fine in. Picked the... right place for breakfast thats for sure. Can't make money when dine in is closed. Fast service and good chicken biscuitsandwiches. Moist biscuits. I'm leaving 5 Stars because of the service and staff. Thank-You one and all. Read more
This location takes the longest to get customers in and out. They do not even have curbside. The dining area hasn?t been open in... over 2.5 years. The cars are lined up dangerously in the road way. They are the only location I know that opens late and closesearly. I try my best to never go to this location. Too unorganized. Read more

I?m done coming to this location. For one, I asked for a number 7 grilled chicken club and got something completely different... with wilted lettuce. Not even almost close to what I asked for. Y?all are too busy rushing people off that you?re not evenchecking to make sure the orders are right! Do better and get fresher lettuce!! And for the girl working drive thru, SPEAKUP! ***UPDATE*** I came back to get the correct order. I called before coming and was told that someone would bring the correctorder to my car. When I called in the ?Manager? was rude and insisted that I come inside to get my order.
