This Chick-fil-A had the fastest drive-thru service I've EVER received at ANY Chick-fil-A, I'll say that. I'm addicted to their... nuggets & will risk running late?if I happen across a Chick-fil-A en route to wherever I'm going?to stop & order a 12-piece boxof them. I am defenseless against their POWER. But, anyway... I love Chick-fil-A...but this particular Chick-fil-A "wowed" mewith how quick their service was. In fact, drive-thru service at this store was faster than any other Chick-fil-A I've ever beento?despite a long line of cars & it being lunch time. Of course, the food was piping hot, fresh, & delicious (&, yes, I orderedmy usual box of hedonic nugget happiness), so this Chick-fil-A visit was impeccably PERFECT. The bonus was getting to where Ihad to go, afterwards, with time to spare, thanks to this Chick-fil-A's superb, speedy service. Read more

If I could give less than one star, I would. I?ve actually worked for a Chick-fil-A before and this Chick-fil-A does not even... follow standards. For example, the most common thing of saying ?my pleasure? wasn?t even done. The girl in the drive thru musthave been new because she took awhile to ring up my order. That wasn?t the issue- I helped her ring up my 5 count grilled nuggetkids meal. When I got to the window, I asked for a bigger size drink. Instead of only charging me for a drink, or simply givingme a medium size instead of a kids (because i ordered it that way, but the girl made the maid take on her iPad) The girl at thewindow was very rude. She told me a new total and when I asked if the original charge was going to reversed, she was verydismissive and rude. I called today to speak to a manager and accidentally cussed. Not even at the person I was speaking to butbecause the situation is frustrating. I was told he was going to end the conversation. Then I was told to call back later whenthe charge is actually posted and speak to someone else. Coming from a chick-Fil-a, this was by far the worst experience I?vereceived from the entire franchise. And then the staff having little to no cares in the world to fix the issue. Would notrecommend this location WHATSOEVER. Think before you you! Should?ve gone to the Whataburger next to it. Horrible customer service. My order was wrong and since I... refused to park bc of their mistake they kept mugging. The drive thru Lady was the rudest of them all. I thought I was at Mcdsat one point since I would?ve never imagined experienced this on a Chick Fil a. Disappointed. Read more

Tammy is very rude. They messed up my order and I didn't realize until I got home and logged into work. I called and all I asked... was the sandwich be remade tomorrow, she told me the only way they could is if I returned the sandwich back with me tomorrow!!Why should I have to do that? You can't do anything but throw it away. I even took pictures on my phone that showed you didn'tput cheese and the wrap says "with cheese" on it!! I reported her to the 800 number as well. This location is going downhillwith customer service and should be closed. I am posting pictures showing there was no cheese on there. It's not about the moneyor the cheese, it's the value she had in regards to messing up my order. Read more

This sandwich was cold and hard. The bread top and bottom completely cold and the fries like they gave me a mean that someone... didn?t want and they kept it. I don?t live to far but to far to get back out in this rain and now I have to waste gas going backjust for this sandwich my whole order should be redone for me having to not eat this because the mgr said save it and wait a dayto return it I?m just trying to understand how they have a high rate it must be their own people giving those rates. This is thesecond time they have done the first time I let it be because I had to get to work and they didn?t give me the receipt back.They had at least seven people all standing behind the counters by the food and that?s not safe.
