Wanted to try this Chick-fil-A for the first time at this location inside Northpark mall. But before that, I went to use the... restroom. There, there was a worker from ChickfilA who had just used the restroom and he was ?wearing gloves?, at first Ididn?t pay much attention but than I noticed that he didn?t dispose of his gloves or even washed his hands. He just walked out. I wanted to make sure I wasn?t making things up so I asked my friend who was waiting for me outside the restroom if he saw thatguy. Well he did, and still wearing gloves and just like that he went back to work. To confirm this I went to the restaurantand saw him serving fries. I was so disappointed, and although I?ve never eaten at Chick-fil-A before, my sister always buysfood from this location for her three year old. I guess not again after this. Read more
I have come to eat from from here and I really don't like it much is not my type but my kids love to eat Here, it's a little too... busy here just like every other restaurant but it's worth the wait for the kids so all I can say it's that the like it so I'mgood with that. Read more

The experience was very good. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and a small mac n cheese. From the first bit of the sandwich... and the mac n cheese I was in heaven. Chick-fil-A has the best mac n cheese hands down Now this was my first spicy sandwich andit was so juicy and flavorful. Sooo good. Read more

This is one of favorites fast food chains. The customer service here at Northpark Mall is always impeccable. They make me feel... like a number one customer all the time. The wait time is minimum even on busy days. I love that they never change how they dothings. There?s consistency in the food. Read more
The two people that served me were very nice and always seemed to have a smile on their faces. But food wise, the burger and the... waffle fries weren?t exactly the hottest. Worst experience I?ve ever had a Chick-fil-A. The cashier and manager went out of their way to embarrass my wife and make this a... terrible experience.. I paid for a kids meal with Mac and cheese then took my card to the other side of the mall to get food formy wife while she waited at CFA for the kids meal with my daughter. When I finally got back I was surprised to see my daughternot eating. My wife told me that they would not give her the food we order because they had mis heard her say Mac and cheese andneeded her to pay $0.30 to get the food? I was outraged and tossed my card saying here please charge me. I asked for a managerto show how ridiculous this was thinking she?s apologize for the situation. Instead she said you still need to pay the 30 centsand don?t throw your card. I was shocked, I?m fine with paying for the .30 and my full meal but this was ridiculous? I finallygot my daughters food and asked to speak to the operator. He was apologetic and offered to pay for my meal. I declined butwanted to have him keep the receipt for the 30 cents as a reminder of this terrible customer service. I hope this is a majortraining opportunity for all. Read more
