Went for the peppermint milkshake and was in line. No shakes left! Had to wait and waste time to get out of line when this was... to be fast on way to pick up passenger at love field. No way to get out. Should have a sign up if out! Disappointing. Not even asorry from staff in drive thru. Read more

Probably ones of the worst Chick fil A?s I?ve ever been to. Stopped here tonight after picking my husband up from the airport... and ordered a market salad, with a large fry on the side and get all the way home to find that the ?LARGE? fry is less thanfilled up and whoever fulfilled my order left out the dressing to the salad COMPLETELY. Now this wouldn?t be a major deal if Ihad salad dressing at home, but this time I did not. The KIDS that were working the delivery window almost gave us the wrongdrink order when we pulled through and my husband had to correct them. So it?s so surprised they would botch the order alltogether. Next time I will make the effort to drive to a different chick fil a. This one sucks! Read more
Normally a pretty long line. But, they get you through as quickly as possible. Always friendly. They've messed up a couple... orders but have always made it right. Small parking lot. They have two drive thru lanes and even a walk-up window to order at. Read more
The food took forever at the pick-up window. The employee called "Kenny" several times. After waiting for quite some time, I... asked him if my food was ready since the app already indicated it was minutes earlier. He said "Kenny" and I said "Kevin." Thereceipt said my name as well. He was calling me another name the entire time. On another note, this location need to trim theirvegetation. There is a hedge obstructing the view of vehicles exiting on the Cedar Springs side and can easily get rammed by oncoming traffic. Please trim your landscape to avoid serious or deadly injuries that can be avoided. Many Texans already do notknow how to drive. One of the worst Chick-Fil-A?s in the game. If you order through the app, don?t even bother picking it up at the window. Wait... 5-10 minutes in the drive through because I promise you it will be faster. Plus they don?t even have a full menu. Dallas has gotto get another Chick-fil-A on this side of town ASAP Read more
